Pono Kai Resort Kaua'i Beach-Front Condo

Having the ocean sunrise at our backdoor every morning made this place so beautiful and relaxing. Just what we needed! Wonderful kitchen allowed us to cook meals as a family. We also enjoyed the outdoor barbecue and pool and jacuzzi. I would return in a heartbeat— didn’t want to leave!

Great beach view, property is exactly as pictured, convenient to going to North/South shore. I would highly recommend this place.

Location was fabulous and beautiful. Amenities were abundant. Set up well for cooking at home. Whales and dolphins often seen in the bay directly in front. Lovely.

Great location on the island of Kauai, we enjoyed the oceanfront location and watching the beautiful sunrise! Also really appreciated the beach chairs available to use, there were also other pool toys and a cooler, so very nice to have those items there available to use.

A clear beach front view. Boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella and rain umbrella all uncluded. We watched the sunrise right from the patio. Everything at this location was great. We will be back.

3rd time at Pono Kai, we love it there. The beach is very small, and ok. 2 miles north is much better. Pono Kai is our home away from home, and Kapa'a is heart warming every time.

This was a beautiful condo with a perfect view. We had everything we needed and loved the neighborhood.

We love the Pono Kai. Have had a timeshare here for over 16 years. Couldn’t get any bonus time this year so we found this little beauty! It was a treat! Fresh and nicely updated! Walk out to beach. Perfect spot and location! Will be saving this listing for sure!

Kauai is fantastic, the condo was excellent. Easy to get to, everything close by, exactly as described. Tge best condo rental we have ever had in Hawaii!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was supplied with everything we needed even 3 belly boards, 2 beach chairs & beach umbrella!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Pono Kai. The unit was very clean and was stocked with anything and everything we needed, from laundry soap to beach chairs to wine glasses . The view from the lanai was fantastic.

My wife and I love staying at Pono Kai. There is restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice property, gorgeous view. Close to town and restaurants. Good hot tub. Lots to do on site. Cono had lots of amenities and very clean. Laundry available close by.Front desk staff were not help but concierge was delightful.Bed was rather high if you are short

We had a great stay in this condo. The resort area has lots of fun things, and the location is excellent for exploring the island. The sunrise views cannot be beat!

We absolutely loved the Pono Kai Resort and the condo unit we stayed in. The location was excellent, the view was stunning, the condo was very clean & uncluttered, the promenade along the beach was perfect and Kapa'a Old Town was a great place to shop, eat, browse or just plain stroll. The accessibility to the other shores made the location ideal. Staying at Pono Kai is definitely a do-over.

The room was perfect for me, and my husband had all the amenities, including beach equipment. The staff at the resort was friendly, and the views and beach access from this beautiful ground floor were breathtaking.

Very clean in an amazing ocean front property. Beautiful sunrises every single day. Well supplied unit overall but could use a couple more kitchen towels (there was one).

Condo's location in Kapaa was perfect for touring the island and seeing the sights. The condo complex and unit itself are very well cared for. Enjoyed hearing the ocean from the lanai or from the living room with the patio door open. Would definitely stay hear again.

View was lovely, well located, and well appointed. Always seemed to have what we needed. Stayed at Pno Kai many times and this was a very nice unit.

This was our second time at this condo. The place looked as new as when we saw it 2 years ago. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking ware. There were plenty of towels for bath and beach. There were many extras like beach chairs, snorkel equipment. Lovely view of water from living area. Management was very responsive to questions I had. Mary

Super place with all one needs! A bit noisy sometimes being on the ground floor but all in all we would definitely come back again!
