The beach was great view and the condo was beautiful parking was very good and safe I would like to stay there again thank you

Condo unit was very nice, clean and easily accessible. Unobstructed view of the ocean - beautiful! Plenty of covered parking, a little tight in some spots, but plenty of non-covered parking too. Easy walk to the beach! Access codes needed for entry to building so feels very safe! Great stay!

Highly recommend! One of the best vrbos we have stayed at. Everything is updated. Clean and the host is great. On the beach, great views w/pool and parking. Short drive to the lighthouse and marine science center and great restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay in this ocean-view condo. The space was bright, clean, and well-equipped. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning with morning coffee and evening wine. Great location, short walk to restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. I highly recommend this rental.

The host is the most accommodating owner we have ever worked with. The unit had everything we needed, as far as starting supplies, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing and we watched the dolphins play every morning.

The condo was in a beautiful location with an excellent view of the ocean . Condo was very clean and we really felt like we were at home. Communication from owner was excellent . We will definitely use this place again in the future.

View was great!! I have stayed at this building before and they have always been great! Laid back part of beach which makes for very relaxing stay. Everything you would need in condo and very clean.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and updated, communication with the owner was very good, everything we needed was there. Great view from balcony, building is beach front and access to the water was very easy. We like Southpoint and this is the best unit we’ve stayed at so far. The only downside was the check out was at 9 am. We’ve never had such an early check out from any place before.

This is our 2nd visit to this property & it continues to meet all expectations. Everything is very clean, Barry is excellent to work with & promptly responded to any questions we had. Lots of towels, very comfortable furniture & beds, beach chairs & assorted sand toys/umbrellas available…what more can you ask for?!

Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony; perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean. Secure property that is well maintained and decorated. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including a beach chair and umbrella! Convenient parking and a beautiful pool too!

Condo was excellent in terms of cleanliness and decor. Great location. Quiet with comfortable surroundings
