Very clean and great location to the music area. The shuffleboard was fun for us to play. The check in and out process was super easy and Davina is an amazing and responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed felt amazing. I love the showerhead the freezer froze, ice, and everything else within minutes. The location was great close enough to the nightlife to catch a scooter and head down there and far enough to where there’s not a lot of traffic right by the location. we totally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a quick getaway long weekend. Everything was as described. The location was within walking distance to Broadway and several local restaurants. Highly recommend. Communication with host was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect for our stay in Nashville. Close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough away for peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed and wanted. Would/will book again for next trip to Nashville!

Really great location! Walkable to Broadway and easy to uber to / from other Nashville places. Environment around the vrbo was a bit loud and with only two people we ran out of hot water very quickly. Host provided many kitchen amenities and appliances which was nice. Only recommendation is to put a shower liner in the shower because water leaked out on the floor. Overall this was a nice, convenient place to stay and I would book again if I needed to be close to Broadway!

A great value. Perfect for singles or couples Very conveniently located for downtown activities. Just a quick uber or 15 minute walk to Broadway. It’s also very easy to get out of town to other areas for other activities. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be upon initial arrival , just a little confusion with temporary parking until the garage parking pass could be retrieved . Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again

My overnight stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and I played shuffleboard for the first time ever! I loved the antiquish ambiance, it reminded me of overnight stays with my sweet grandmother as a child! The condo was within walking distance of everything we planned to do while downtown Nashville, so we did not have to move our car or pay for a driver. Downtown stays awake, so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for the night owls late at night. The host responded within minutes of my texts if I needed anything. It was a great stay! The pictures are 100%.

Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Location was perfect for us to be able to walk to Ryman and Printers Alley.

Wonderful apartment in downtown Nashville close to Broadway and all the fun. My wife and I worked in the mornings and went out at night. It was fantastic. We especially liked the shuffleboard table in the living room. Highly recommend!

This was a great spot to be able to walk anywhere we needed to! A perfect spot for three best friends to catch up and come back to after adventuring all day. Plus, the history of the building made it so much cooler!

I absolutely loved everything about this place. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities like salt pepper, dishes, and cookware. This is the apartment of my dreams! Its a small apartment that felt just right for 2. I was absolutely enchanted with the exterior and interior of the building. The free parking is a very short walk away and location was perfect for attending the Smino concert at The Pinnacle. The bed was so soft and plush, i didnt want to get out of it and I thought the old elevator was so beautiful.

Just what we were looking for - short walks to all the downtown attractions and a quiet and cozy place to come back to after long days of fun… also loved the shuffleboard table!

Light stock for kitchen to.cook. Nothing for drip coffee. The stay was good overall. A little bit painful to get the parking situated not sure how to make it better.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The included parking was great! The proximity to broadway was perfect. Our only issue was with the door lock but the host promptly helped get that taken care of

Wanted a place close to Broadway where we could walk downtown. This was a great little place for that. Body was very friendly, and quick to respond to texts. The place was very clean and in a great location. At the furthest point we were only .8 tenths from hard rock cafe which is the furthest from the location. Bathroom was updated and clean and the kitchen was just what you needed. I highly recommend this unit and would use again.

This is a great location with parking nearby. We walked to downtown and to the Farmers Market. Safe clean neighborhood. Enjoyed having the sound machine to mask the city noise. Check in was easy.

It was such a sweet little spot. Very unique with the stained glass and vintage feel. Perfect for my first time to Nashville and it was in a great location to walk everywhere. We were in town seeing Billy Strings at the Bridgestone arena. We only took a uber one time that we were there for the 3 days. We walked all over the city.

Efficient apartment style room. Overall decent place. Floors were not the cleanest.

Place is in a great location. We went to a concert at Pinnacle which was just a few blocks away. Broadway street is close by as well!! Perfect spot for the price.

Wonderful location. Easy to walk to all sorts of attractions. Loved that it was close enough to the city, but didn’t have the loud music playing all night. Only downside was the trash pick-up seemed to go twice within a few days and it was so loud and noisy waking us up both times really early in the morning

We didn't actually get the chance to stay at the property. The day before we were to head out to Nashville my husband had a terrible pain in his side. A trip to the ER and he had to have his gallbladder removed. I let Davina know and she worked with us and VRBO. She was very communicative and easy to work with. If we get the chance to go to Nashville we will definitely stay at her place!!

Very nice, comfortable apartment in a great old building. Perfect location for everything downtown. Davina was very responsive and flexible as our flight was canceled and rescheduled twice. We highly recommend this apartment.

Came for the Titans game. This location is very walkable to the stadium and plenty of bars/restaurants. Parking was a little confusing. We had an issue with the parking app, but our host, Davinia, immediately contacted the garage management, and sorted it out for us. She was very responsive. The bed was bery comfy. I would stay here again.

The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was readily available to help with anything at any time.

For two days there was construction going on right outside our door which woke my wife and I up both mornings. Very loud construction and have video to prove it. No one let us know that this was going to be going on. Spent almost $2000 on the stay and she only gave us $50 because of the inconveniencebecause of the inconvenience back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is located within walking distance of Broadway and many places to eat as well as attractions to see. Davina made everything easy regarding checking in and the apartment is equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Nashville. We would recommend this place to a friend.

Provided a lot of thoughtful amenities ... sometimes small, inexpensive but very nice!
