I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and views. Condo president very helpful and friendly. A/c went out 3rd night here. Owner did not want to repair. Mgmt Company moved us to 3d.

Reviewer Comments: Just as always everything about this stay at The Pointe condominium complex was excellent, easy, check in and out, a clean condo, and a perfect view of the ocean every day. It was so easy to get from our condominium to the beach, as we were just steps from the shore. An overall great experience once again, as we have used this location 3 yrs in a row.

This would be our 9th/10th year with this rental so it basically tellls the story. Fabulous! Very well kept condo. The cleaning staff upon arrival is superb. Our agent Kathy Gable is the very best! Stayed Dec 17, 2022For two older people wanting a quieter neighborhood and less activity on the beach, this was a good choice. If you want a wide soft sand beach this is not for you. The view from the balcony can't be beat any time of day and especially sunset. We walked up and down the beach every day. I bought a coffee cup for myself as there are only 3 or 4 small ones in the kitchen. The skillet was the cheapest I have ever used. The upside is you can figure out how to make things work. Great ice maker in refrigerator.

We come to the gulf coast for one reason, to relax and just be beach bums. And this vacation spot fits the bill for my wife and I.
