We rented this on a last minute trip. It got started off bad when we couldn’t download the check in form to present at the gate on my phone, my computer or my daughter in laws computer. It kept coming up error. I called Vacasa and let them know we would not be able to get to their office before they closed to pick one up and was told I would need to go to Staples or UPS to print off the form. There were no options. I called the property manager and explained it to him and he said they would have a form for me at the gate not to worry. Vacasa did not give me that option. We got there and were in packing and we had gotten groceries on our way in and we did not get ice because the listing said there was an ice maker. There was no ice maker nor were there ice trays. Also when we were getting ready for bed there was a sheet and a computer that was way to small for the bed that would in no way cover both my husband and We searched for extra blankets and couldn’t find any We pulled a twin quilt off the bunk bed to use . The next morning I called Vacasa when they opened because there was supposed to be an amenities pass and if there wasn’t one you were to let them know OR you will be for one of one wasn’t there when you leave. I told them there was no icemaker and was told to check the kitchen cabinet. I said “check the cabinet for an icemaker? The property manager was super helpful and brought an amenities pass. The property manager great but. STAY AWAY FOM VACASA!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was nice if you like to be away from the crowds and the view was nice! The only complaint that we had was that the end was really hard and uncomfortable. Overall we really enjoyed everything!

We enjoyed our time very much. Overall place was nice the floors where dirty when we got there but not a big deal. We did a quick clean and it was fine. My only real complaint would be that the management company came and knocked on my door and called me to inform us that we were being too loud and that if we kept it up that we would be kicked out. It was my girlfriend and I with out 2.5 year old son. He was in bed by 9 every night and we where hanging out on the couch watching as soon as he went to bed. As you people with kids know they can wear you out. I am having a hard time understanding how someone could think we are the loud ones. But instead of asking us about it they just threatened to kick us out. Pretty bad management in my opinion. We will not be staying at this location again.

it was very good for the price of the rental but when we got there, the “code” they gave us to use to get into the condo was nowhere near correct. took well over an hour to finally get someone to answer our, once getting in touch with someone they just gave us their own code without even asking for any type of identification or anything. condo was FULL of sand, dishes were disgusting, etc. then the pictures they show are not of the building that you’re actually staying in. if it wasn’t for the parking guards telling us which building to go to, we would’ve never known where our condo was. other than that, like i said it’s good for the price you’re paying and what’s around but that’s about it.

I'm taking off 1 star for location and neighborhood because of Two factors. 1. We didn't know it, but we booked during a World Series ball tournament. Because of this, everything was busier than our prior stays. The beach was very crowded, restaurants had longer waits, traffic was more congested, etc. 2. We LOVE the Sassy Bass. We love the convenience, the coconut margaritas, and the menu. We arrived Saturday night and they were extremely busy, not taking any more orders. I absolutely understand that, no problem. We'll try again later. However, they were then closed until Friday. We usually do not leave the condo area but once or twice, and ended up needing to leave nearly every day for a meal since they were only open 1 day of our stay. Again, I definitely understand there are reasons they needed to close, but I wish had been more prepared to not count on the Sassy Bass for meals.

The location of this property was perfect! We had an ocean front view. The check in process was so easy and made the experience that much better! The furniture and bedding could definitely use an update. The couch and pillows had multiple stains as well as the bedding.
