Stayed Jul 11, 2024We love it here, the location is great for visiting the north side of the island one day and the south side the next day. The remodel is nice, much better than neighboring units. We visit Kauai every few years, each time we wish we could stay longer. Aloha.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023The property itself was very clean and well kept. However, not being able to check in until 4:00 PM wasn't so great since our flight from Portland arrived at 12:30 PM local time. We were scheduled to check out after 10 nights at 10:00 AM on October 23rd. We had to go back to reception to get a new key card as the one provided stopped working on October 22nd. Apparently it was miscoded. In addition, the WiFi was shut off the morning of the 23rd, so that created a few minor issues for us as well. At 9 AM the morning we were leaving, the maid came to the door to clean the unit although we didn't need to leave until 10:00 AM. We like the condo and the location, just didn't like the problems of our last night and check out morning.
