Stayed May 1, 2025Had a great time and would definitely come back. Only suggestion would be better blinds. Room was pretty bright from lights outside but not a super big deal. Thank you very much for allowing our fur babies in your beautiful home. Hope everyone continues to respect it and take care of it so we can return.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025We three adults and one dog enjoyed our 5-night stay here. We loved watching the morning surfers from the comfortable and inviting living room. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening after watching beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. The heated floor in the master bath was a pleasant surprise. We were thrilled to have a garage AND elevator available to us. Getting around Pismo Beach on foot is easy. The pier and many restaurant are nearby.We appreciated the quick response we got when the coffee maker leaked. It was promptly replaced. We also appreciated the ease with which we could access WiFi. The welcome letter from the owner prior to our arrival was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for not overwhelming us with house rules; we have rented many times and found endless house rules off-putting. One suggestion - also mentioned in other reviews - to provide blackout window covering in the bedrooms. Reinforcing the sliders in the bedrooms may also help minimize the sounds from the outside. Many thanks for the owners’ hospitality and a lovely respite from freezing temps on the East Coast.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024The location is amazing! You can walk everywhere in town from here. You are right on the boardwalk and close to the pier.The sliding door in the second bedroom has a gap and allows cold air, and noise in. So happy to see a fireplace, but it was not working properly so we couldn’t use it. The carpeting needs cleaning as It is very stained. The view is absolutely amazing up and down the beach and you are right in the heart of where the surfers are.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This condominium is located close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants downtown. We loved having a garage to park our car and a safe and very friendly neighborhood. We never used the elevator because it required a key but this certainly adds to the safety features. We hope to be back next year for a week or two?

Stayed May 14, 2024My husband and I, along with our pups, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Oceanfront Condominium! The condo is just as described and shown in the listing. The garage was a real plus as was the proximity to shopping and various eateries. If I’m going to travel from the mountains to the ocean I want to be able to see it and I was able to relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again.
