Just 6 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Center. Less than 1 mile to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Music Row & The Gulch.

The Pie Town Penthouse welcomes you with towering 23 foot ceilings as you enter this modern, designer furnished Condo. The Penthouse has plenty of space for large groups. Over 1500 sq ft of livable space and includes a miraculous 1000 sq ft private balcony! The views are truly spectacular and we love sharing it with our guests.

Guest access:
Staying with us, you will have access to all of the common spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, parking garage and front lobby door via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key!

* We do not recommend staying Downtown Nashville if you are sensitive to noise, or homelessness. This property is located in Pie Town, an up-and-coming downtown neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Noise from sirens, trains, or work can be expected. There is a shelter down the street. It has never been a problem for us to walk around, but some guests are more sensitive to it than others. Ubering is extremely fast and convenient from this location. Scooters can also be a great option to commute.
Almost all units in this building are rented on short term rental basis. We have quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, however, we expect weekends to be vibrant. Nashville is an energetic city and noise levels can be consistent of this. There is a freight train nearby the building that you can occasionally see from the balcony and the pool. It is slowing down when it passes our building so it usually goes by slowly and quietly. The pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day May-October. The courtyard closes at 10:00 PM. We have overnight security, specifically trained to ensure the safety of our guests on the buildings premises.

    We (family of 7) just got home from 4 nights staying at this rental. It was perfect! It’s a 10 minute walk to Broadway… easy, entertaining walk, too. There many good places for breakfast near. Don’t let the homeless shelter worry you… it wasn’t a bother at all. The trains could be loud but also not bothersome. Very nice place. The outdoor space is fantastic. The host, Luke was awesome. We will definitely stay again.

    We were here for my wife's 40th birthday. There were 7 of us. We had a great time. Perfect location and the condo was amazing. Luke did a great job with communication and was very easy to work with.

    This was a great property for our group. We had 9 women there for a 40th birthday trip and everyone had a wonderful time. 3 Full bathrooms was great for getting ready. The views from the balcony at sunset were amazing. My only complaint would be that it is advertised for 10 people, and the reality is more like 8 comfortably. If 2 of the 10 were children it would have been fine, but the extra adults were a little cramped on the smaller bed. Luke, the host was very easy to get in touch with, and answered all of our questions. He was also more than accommodating with our travel, plans which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Space was great, location was ok, but was next to a homeless shelter so we didn't feel comfortable walking out alone, so that is why I wouldn't rate the location great.

    We rented this house for our team during a convention. It was the ideal location for the Music City Center and close enough to downtown to enjoy all of Nashville. The space was great. We had 6 people staying and it was a comfortable size for all of us. During the stay the building had some damages due to the recent cold weather but our host was great in communicating this to us during this time and ensuring it did not hinder our stay. This was a great experience and would Highly Recommend this property.

    The host was amazing. The unit was beautifully decorated. The view was breathtaking. The unit was conveniently located among some of the best restaurants I have experienced in awhile. The common areas were a 10. I would highly recommend and we will book here again! 10 out of 10
