Picturesque Setting Directly on The Beach!!

We had a very long 13 hour ride and we were all exhausted when we arrived. I just wanted to rest a little while, but the bathroom was so nasty I had to clean it. Stuff was on the counter and long black hairs were all in the shower. The bedroom door would not shut. It was very noisy here. The neighbor upstairs was so rude! She yelled at me and my 14 year old daughter for walking down the “wrong trail” from the beach. Now we enjoyed the beach, it was beautiful. I would recommend looking at the condos on VRBO (106 gulf blvd Indian rocks). We have stayed there and it was really nice.

Truly enjoyed this relaxing vacation right on the beach. Quiet area. Owner single family residence on each side. Had a manatee swim right by me as I was standing out in the surf. Very little boat traffic and no Sea-Doo noise. Great staging ground to go north and south For lots of adventures.

Reviewer Comments: This is the 8th year in a row my wife and I have rented this unit.The location is ideal on the Narrows, tucked between morning sunrise over the Intracoastal and fantastic sunsets on the Gulf.The property is older, but the unit was very clean and has been well maintained. The condo is situated near numerous good restaurants and hot spots for fun, but remote enough to be away from the hustle and bustle when quiet is desired. I highly recommend this property to everyone with whom I speak, just as long as they don't take the weeks my wife and I wish to use it. Kudos to Seaside Property Shoppe for their excellent service us over the years.

We spend most of our time on the comfortable balcony or going just steps to the beach for long walks. This year we had the privilege of spending a half an hour watching a pod of dolphins catching fish on the intracoastal directly across from the condo.The condo has all the necessary amenities and gives us enough space to entertain our family who live in Florida. The primary bed is very comfortable. A few modest updates, like the addition of an oven, would make the property even better.We appreciate the covered parking for us and extra parking available when we have guests. The condo is located near good restaurants and shopping areas.We have rented from the Seaside Property Shoppe for several years and have found them to be very responsive to any issues that arise during our stay. We have always experienced communication with them to be straightforward and informative. We plan to come back next year!

Would stay again but needs some updating!

Best part about the property was the location!! I had read older reviews talking about how dated the unit was and how it needed upgrades and was hoping some of those would have been addressed by the time we came, but none of them were. Whole unit is very dated and needs to be updated in general but was very disappointed with a broken shower lever in the master as well as unfinished drywall. Old carpet remnants left stuck to wall in master bath. Bed in master was not comfortable and made my back hurt on the very first night. AC unit was not working when we checked in and had sugar ants all over kitchen- luckily the property manager was able to get the AC fixed and we were fine by bedtime. Property manager got bait and spray for ants but we had to contend with them the entire stay. Also the unit could use a very thorough cleaning and not just a wipe down. Location was awesome and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock on the inter coastal. Of course we loved the short walk to the very private beach we enjoyed all week. Would love to stay at Pipers III again but maybe in a more updated unit. Thought we paid a good amount to have so many things needing fixed or updated.

When we got there a day later, we had ants. Both bathrooms had no place to hold onto when you take a shower. I felt that was a real safety issue. The refrigerator was not really clean. The description mentioned an icemaker, there was no icemaker. There was also no pool. Even though it was not listed as an amenity.

We were able to see amazing sunsets great location beach was pretty empty most of the days, The ceiling in the living room leaks when it rains when we notify the company they said there was nothing they could do until the unit above ours fixed their door. I understand they cant fix their issue until above unit fixes there problem but could warn people that they have a leak luckily we didnt sit anything there or it would of been soaked. We still have not received security deposit back we booked Jun. 17-24..Overall nice place just needs a little tlc

Other than that. WE LOVED having extra fans in the master bed room. We have extra fans at home! The beach access was AMAZING and would love to stay here again!
