Pets Stay Free, Breezy, Stylish Island Elegance

We booked a smaller property on the 1st floor and were upgraded for free to a bigger one on the 4th floor. The property is pretty far removed from convenience stores, markets, or restaurants. There is a restaurant open 12-9 or so with casual fare.Goods: Fantastic view, very quiet, large living area, easy access to garage, pet relief areas, covered parking, and the hosts were EXTREMELY communicative and responsive. We needed a couple of items during our stay and they had them delivered quickly. Can't recommend this host highly enough!Others: the villa was a little worn down and could use some minor upkeep. Little things, like toilet kept running without jiggling, stoppers got stuck closed, etc. The kitchen drawers could use some vacuuming or cleaning. The host supplied Keurig coffee pods- but there was no Keurig coffee maker in the room, just a traditional coffee maker. The sleep number bed in the master bedroom did not work (wouldn't power on, despite following instructioins written on control). And speaking of the king bed, it was just ridiculously high, maybe 4 feet off the ground. Not very friendly for petite ladies or older folk to climb in and (jump) out of. Removal of the foundation or box spring would solve the problem. Lastly, the hair dryer in the master bath didn't work.I don't want to leave the impression this was a bad place. It was fine, but with a little bit of investment in maintenance it would be PERFECT. Knowing what we know now, we would stay again!

The unit was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The Murphy bed was a nice feature for our 4 year old. The location was easy to access from the garage. Our host was easy to contact and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here next time we are visiting family in Lago Vista!

Yes and yes again! First of all the host, K* was so gracious and accommodating. Answered my many questions and worked within my booking. When we arrived the view was gorgeous and the place was so stylish and comfy. They had everything we needed ready in the condo. My husband is an avid reader and even found one of his James Patterson books to read since he forgot to bring a book. We brought games but they had good ones for the family too. They even had a few things for our fur baby. It felt so peaceful here. There was a great pickleball/tennis court onsite which we took full advantage of, as well as a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool/jacuzzi. Due to recent weather conditions, restaurant was closed but we didn’t feel like we were missing out since we brought our own groceries.I can see this place being great for creative work flow getaway, quality family, couple or solo time! Thanks K, you’ll be hosting us again in the future!

I've visited the island six times now, and each stay has been truly wonderful. Kenieshiear is undoubtedly a fantastic host; calling her a super host might even be an understatement! This condo feels just like a home away from home, and both we and our dogs adore it. I could easily spend all day on the patio, savoring my morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The condo's location is perfect, just a stone's throw from one of the three pools, and the entire island is simply a slice of paradise. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and our incredible host anytime!

We loved it here! It was exactly the getaway we needed. The property has a gorgeous view of the river. The host was very friendly and responsive. The interior design was modern and family-friendly with our 10-month old. It was a comfortable stay, and we look forward to returning in future.
