Loved getting to see the dolphins and sea turtles from balcony

I believe this was our third year at the property. It was perfect for our needs.

Harbor view is beautiful. Quiet condo with a close walk to beach.

We had a great stay at Harborview Grand. My wife and I along with our daughter and my brother-in-law and wife had a very comfortable 5 night stay in the 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment.The master suite and bath was so luxurious and the shower was awesome and very relaxing.It was great having the beach chairs for us also. The last place we stayed at in Siesta Beach had very old and rusted beach chairs. These seemed brand new and they were great.The location was perfect and convenient to many breakfast cafes and restaurants and of course the beach. The condo was beautiful and very spacious for our family of six. The views were incredible and the location was close to beaches and restaurants! Fabulous stay!

Overall great experience. We have stayed at Harbor View Grand a few times and this unit was par with the other units. Great communication with host. You may need a technical degree to get TVs working lol but we weren’t there for the TVs.

Beautiful condo with great views. I have nothing bad to say about this place with exception of the pillows - pillows were so bad I had to use a small throw pillow! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, location was great.

Check in was super simple. All instructions were clearly communicated. Kitchen area was equipped with all appliances and pots/pans. We did purchase our own dishwashing liquid and paper towels for the week. The dining room was very roomy and comfortable although the table was gritty with sand upon arrival and the fan in the living room did not work when we arrived.

Recently enjoyed a beautiful week in Clearwater Beach at the most spacious condo! Plenty of room to spread out and relax as well as cook meals in a well-stocked kitchen. Five minute walk to the beach and so much shopping and dining within minutes. Car was not needed the entire stay! Only downside was the pool, water very warm and not refreshing at all. Also very small for the size of the condo building.

Beautiful view of the bay. Close access to the beach, shopping, and nightlife. Plenty of space in the condo to spread out. Thankful for ample parking. Would definitely return.

Very nice and clean had some issues with tvs but got it figured out front rooms are a little warm but cools later at night all and all had a great time

Great place! Plenty of room. Beautiful primary suite. Couple of small things. Dishwasher not great and some patio furniture needs attention. Other than that fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again

Seems the cleanliness has deteriorated. Floors were dirty, no mop or vacuum available. Dishes were put away dirty. Mattresses in double bedroom seemed broken down/saggy.Obviously, we loved the unit and location or we wouldn’t have returned hoping things can be remedied. Would love to return.

We had a great stay at Harborview Grande. The condo was better than expected, great views and comfortable for hanging out. We are already talking about returning next year.

We brought our grandchildren with us to explore FL. We had a wonderful time. The location was very good, although a very busy area, it was convenient to all our needs and wants. I would return again!

Very spacious with nice decor and furniture, it was a nice spot to see dolphins down below off the balcony in the late mornings, refrigerator was nice, dishwasher needs an update, the master bath was very nice and the master bed was very comfortable, couldn’t stream anything on the TVs, which was a little disappointing to my kids mostly, the balcony was nice and big. You can eat out there. The pool and hot tub were nice too, and you think they’d be overcrowded with people but every time we went there was either no one or only a few people which was nice.

My husband and I spent a week at the condo with 5 teenagers for spring break. The condo location is perfect. An easy walk to beach and downtown. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. The condo was a great size and bedroom set up for all of us to be comfortable. We loved the back balcony area. Very spacious and we loved seeing the dolphins. The only downfall was there were barely enough bath towels for all of us. I had to wash them almost daily because we had teenage girls. It was a great week!

The condo was nice over all. A short walk to the beach and Main strip. Communication was great from the host. We enjoyed our time here and won't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This property is close enough to walk to nightlife, but far enough not to be disrupted by it. The beaches are also in very close proximity.

Everything went well at the Condo. It was the surrounding area that fell apart and made it difficult to get to the airport on Friday the 27th of Sept 2024. But we made it.

Had a great stay. Close to beach and other activities. It was great to have a pool and hot tub to get in as well.

Recently celebrated my 40th birthday in Clearwater with my best friends. Our place was the perfect location and size. Clean, easy check-in/check-out process, walking distance to everything. The shower in the master bath & sunrise from the balcony each morning was my favorite part. I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice with comfortable new L shape couch. The undercover parking was fantastic for the afternoon rain showers. The sunrises were great and the view overlooking the harbor was so peacefully from the balcony. Plenty of room from kitchen to dining never made you feel cramped. Never heard the street noise and elevator were very fast. You are able to walk to everthing plus a miniature golf was 50 feet from condo. Great Publix grocery store within 5 minute drive thst has a covered parking space for free.
