A great two weeks! Though it wasn’t a warm sunny vacation, the break from the teen weather in the South was wonderful. Too chilly for the dolphins this time but we still had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great restaurants, shops and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and memorable vacation spot. I would recommend the host do something about the slider door as it is very difficult to open and close. Other than that, the accommodations were excellent.

Everything was nice. There were a few things that need a little fixing like the sliding doors to the patio. Doors are very hard to open and close. The other inconvenience was the elevator was down . Had to carry all the luggage down from the 4th floor. That of course is no fault of anyone. Things just happen.

Such a very convenient place to stay. Close to a lot and the beach.

Nice views Check in? We were locked out at 1030 at night and it took a while to get anyone to respond to get us in. First morning woke up to construction nearby. Beds are not very comfortable and the queen room up front its bed makes farting noises every move you make. Towels feel like the some sand from the beach is still in them, very rough. We had to buy our own toilet paper because your hand goes through the one they give you. Omg the floors were so dirty we had black feet every night! The patio furniture is uncomfortable The sliding doors in the living room are ridiculous to try to lock and they’re VERY HEAVY TO OPEN. The condo has a stagnant smell. Other than that The views are nice, the location is good. *Picture is of our “check in” locked out.

Overall it was a great place for the price! Would stay again. Everyone in mgt was great too with communication. Extra shout out to Diane for making our stay extra special with her warm welcome and communication as well.

The condo was great accept the dryer didnt work and the chain keot coming off the toilet.

The place was beautiful! Beautiful views, saw dolphins in the marina. Convenient location to walk places. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our recent stay on the Clearwater Bay. It was very convenient location within walking distance to the beach, a fun outdoor bar/resort across the street and shops. We especially enjoyed being able to fish from the docks behind the condos and the semi-private pool which was always quiet and calm. The kitchen was great and big enough to cook comfortably as we enjoy making meals while we were there. It comfortably fit all 7 of our family members and was a great place to make memories this summer. The price was affordable and the contacts for the rental were always responsive and helpful. We would definitely be happy to stay here again another summer!

The living room sliding glass door was a little tough to open, but otherwise, this is a great property with a very convenient location.

Beautiful large condo, and it looked as described and pictured. My parents saw dolfins play in the water from the balcony. It was quiet, close to beach and amedities. I would definitely come back. Main bathroom is huge! I loved it was a three bathroom suite with 6 people. Master suite bed was comfortable. Cleaner had just left when we arrived and smelled fresh which was great.I still gave this a 5/5 rating because the following were minor in comparison to what was offered:Could use a deep clean (ie under beds and bathroom caulking attention) and some minor electrical work (I did get notified they wanted to fullfill the workorder during our stay but I declined). The main patio door was very hard to open as others reported, we found some WD40 in the suite but it was empty so we purchased a very small canister and it was better. There weren't enough towels for 8 people fir the one day my daughter and friend stayed but we used the beach ones we brought, the suite didnt have any laundry supplies so we also purchased that during our stay as well. The only condiments in the suite were salt and pepper. These are not big things, but I am mentioning things to help others to better plan their stay. Again I feel this insignificant to the overall stay! Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay the property was very clean with a way wall to the beach. Lots of shops to visit a many place to eat close by we only drove to dinner 2 of the nights there. The rooms were very clean and the check in process was flawless with the information provided to us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Clearwater.

My family had the best time. There was more than enough space and we had everything available to us from beach chairs to hangers for our clothes, to ice for our drinks. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. We saw dolphins almost everyday in the marina!

We stay here often and I love it!!! The only thing I would say needs addressed, the living room needs a shade of some sort.

There were 4 adults staying in this unit and I must say there was plenty of room and furnishings for all of us. The location is great right in the middle of all the action about a one mile walk to pier 60 with shops and eateries!

My family was very comfortable here. We loved that there was a lot to do within walking distance. The place was very clean. The balcony overlooking the bay was a favorite place for us. My husband enjoyed fishing off the docks and saw dolphins on one occasion. All in all, we were very impressed and would stay here again.

Great Place and Great Location.

The condo was very spacious and clean.. There were dolphins outside the building every evening. it’s was not too far from activities . We did have some issues with missing comforters and a water heater not working but they were quickly resolved . We would definitely stay there again.

This place was outstanding! Morning coffee watching the dolphins from the balcony to a short walk to the beech!! Location is close to everything and the Trolley system is convienient. Condo had everything we needed and then some! Communication with Diane the property manager was excellent and a minor issue was handled immediately.Everything was extremely clean and comfortable.We will definetly be back!!

Overall, everything went well and our family enjoyed the accommodations which were comfortable throughout our stay.

Spacious condo, with nice kitchen and appliances. But, the floors were filthy, sliding glass door to balcony was very, very difficult to open, moldy shower, linens didn’t fit the beds and the living room furniture was in sad shape.

The place was very nice. Location was perfect. Would stay again.

Perfect in the summer. Not sun in the winter. The apartment is perfect for families. We will come back in the summer.

The location is great with so much within a walkable distance including restaurants and the beach! This property is perfect for a family as it has so much space, and the kitchen is modern and has everything you need!

Overall, the condo was great! The property managers were super helpful with anything we needed, especially considering after the storms. We were bummed that the pool was unavailable, but again considering everything this area went through, the stay went well! Would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay. We will definitely stay again. The place was huge. Very nice.

Everything was awesome at this unit. The only thing about it was that the whirlpool tub did not work and the dryer was broken. We did notify the rental company and they did send someone over but was unable to get it fixed wile we were there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this unit.

Absolutely loved the condo! Yes there were a few small things but nothing worth giving a bad review over. The sliding glass door is very heavy and rightfully so because of the weather that can blow through, but maybe new wheels would help. The lighting under the kitchen cabinets gets extremely hot and even made the dishes in the cabinet hot Yes there was a lot of police and first responder activity but your in a vacation spot that has a lot of hotels and condos. I’d rather see both than not see them at all. The location is great! There are so many resturants, ice cream places, a mini golf course, within minutes of walking. The best part is you aren’t near the circle in town so you are away from all the traffic. I will definitely be looking for this condo again in the future!

We loved this place. My first impression was that it was much larger than what I expected. There was abundant room for everyone and plenty of space for all. It was incredibly clean. The balcony was very large and a beautiful view of the water. We could watch the dolphins below. All 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed with tvs and furniture. Two bedrooms had private bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had a private entrance to the main bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra linens. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms, everyone had their space. The neighbors were very quiet. There was an elevator so we didn’t have to climb stairs. The couch and kitchen furniture were a little worn but worked well enough for us. It was very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, gelato, and the beach. A bus stop was also local if you wanted to take the trolley. I would definitely stay here again.
