The balcony was beautiful but we didn’t use because of colder weather. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed.

We loved our stay at the condo. We were happy with the new washer and dryer. The unit could use a few upgrades but overall good.

Great place with everything you need to stay! Pool was perfect with bonus of hot tub! Perfect location to walk to all things!

Location was perfect.

The unit was great. Well decorated and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the master bath shower did not drain properly and also did not have the greatest pressure.

We were pleased with everything. The location is perfect and allows for site seeing and numerous dining choices

Great location. Nice place. I found it odd for a place on the water to not supply beach towels. They also didn’t have enough chairs (or good beach chairs in general) for as many guests as they allow. The sliding door handle was makeshift when we got there, broke off when we used it and was repaired late into our stay.

This is such a beautiful condo in the perfect location. My daughter ended up with a stomach bug the morning that we were going to fly out, and they extended our stay by an hour so she could rest. I was very appreciative of that. I will say, if you are flying in from out of town and arrive early, you won't have an enjoyable first day. They have a 4:00pm check-in and won't deviate from that. We arrived around noon. Took our bags up outside of our condo, and asked if we could drop bags early, just so we could change and go to the beach. But their hardline stance is 4:00. We met three or four other families that day that were allowed to check-in early as they were done cleaning their condo. Our condo was clean (nobody went in our out the entire 4 hours we sat there) but we had to sit there until 4:00. Again, I understand rules and sticking to them. I would just say if you are arriving a few hours early, maybe look at a rental company other than Pinellas. Outside of that, we had zero complaints.

This is our 3rd vacation in Clearwater and everything was great! The weather, the surroundings, and the place we stayed. This was our 2nd stay at this location and the unit was spotless and spacious. The beach and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Everyone is already bugging me to book our next stay at this location. Thanks to everyone involved in making this such an enjoyable trip.

The place was very nice. It was a convenient location. It was close to the beach and dining. The view in the morning was spectacular. We didn't like that we couldnt turn the AC down past 70. So it was a little warm for us to sleep. The beds were hard with flat pillows. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet which made us feel like everything had to be washed before we could use it. But all in all we enjoyed the place and would probably book it again if we found ourselves going to clearwater again.

We had an awesome time. Absolutely beautiful views and a great location to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo was well equipped with about everything.

We've stay at Harborview for the past 5 years in Clearwater beach! This unit didn't disappoint! Everything about it was perfect and would stay again!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo complex. The place is perfect with great view of the marina, but there is no sun on the deck. Only very early in the morning and then late afternoon on one side of the pool. Besides that, there is no place to sit in the sun at this complex.

Great location, tons of room, large balcony with fantastic Marina view. Few minor improvements could be made with respect to kitchen utilities and mattresses but overall we were very pleased with the accommodations, pool area and location!

The condo is as described. its clean and well maintained and has everything required for a relaxing stay. There are a couple of things that could be better and that is a change of bedding for the main bed, and the washing machine requires to be made level as it moves about so much that it switches off during a wash cycle. The only other thing is the pool loungers require covers in order to be used properly. Unfortunately we stayed at the condo during hurricane Helene and were without power for 4 nights, and then Hurricane Milton arrived and we left 2 days early when evacuation was advised, all in all not a vacation to remember. I hope the condo survived unscathed.

Great place to stay!! Very spacious and clean!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary. Our children and grandchildren came to help us celebrate. The condo was very spacious and we has a great time together at the pool, watching movies on TV, and just playing games around the table. We will come back in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at the location and enjoyed the area.

The vacation was very good. This condo was in walking distance of everything.

Overall worth the money we paid. Good size condo. Pretty much as advertised. Nice seeing dolphins in the bay one morning. Could easily provide a few more amenities to increase satisfaction. The whole property overall could be cleaner.
