The property was very nice and close enough to walk the beach, dinner locations and various shopping venues.

So nice to have water views of the bay. We saw Dolphins almost every day from porch. Location was perfect… so close to all the restaurants and bars and beach. Had a lot of fun! The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. We will be back!

Had a wonderful time in CWB. Exceeded our expectations and the condo was perfect with everything we needed and more.

The Condo was great. Very comfortable and clean. We were very informed on arrival and departure routine. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Very nice, clean, spacious condo. It was so close to so much and could walk just about anywhere. Check in was easy, the condo was very well-stocked. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Huge balcony over looking the bay. Plenty of room for family (wife/two teenagers). Brand new TVs. Great WiFi. Beach accessories included. Had a wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and had most everything we needed, except a spatula to flip the eggs, lol, no biggie.Possibly, some sort of cart could be made available to transfer luggage, groceries (and ice) up from the parking lot.We were there 2 nights before we realized there were additional towels located in the laundry room. We wondered why only 2 bath towels.The lighting in the master bedroom and bath seemed quite dim so needed to open the drapes in order to see better.But all in all, we were pleased with the accommodations and the price was very do-able, thank you.We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio in the mornings, watching the world go by. We would rent again if vacationing in that area,

Always a pleasure staying at Harborview Grande. Great location, secure building and quiet. Watching dolphins and manatees daily along with the beautiful sunrises makes this a perfect getaway.

We stayed in this hotel exact same condo 2 years ago and it has gone downhill. Pee stains on love seat and couch!! Comforter had food stain on it, was not washed!!! Pee stain on mattress in master bedroom. Internet never worked. TVs were not “Smart TVs” so no apps. Just basic cable. A/c was cold in some bedrooms and hot in others. I understand this is pet friendly. But this condo is very run down now and definitely is over priced for the condition it’s in. Great location.

I want to say that the management company was very responsive. I would rent from them again just NOT this unit. Unit is very tired looking and needs a refresh. Listing a few highlights but not all the issues. We noticed when we took dishes out of the cabinet, they were dirty and silverware had food on it. We hand washed them. Went to run the dishwasher and we had noticed it had a terrible odor and water was in the bottom. Turns out it filled with water but the pump that sends the water to the arms and washes the dishes was broke. No working dishwasher for awhile. No working ice maker or filtered water on the door. Really a bummer at the beach to buy filtered water and ice. Sofa you sink down on and it is stained. Tables are all worse for the wear. At night our fitted sheet came off the mattress because there was no elastic. This meant making the bed everyday. Bottom of the quilt was torn and was noticeable when you had to make the bed. One of the bedrooms the quilts and pillow shams are so dirty. Towels were not white but very dingy and old. The maids to a once over but it needs a deep clean. Dirty and some mold around the faucets. Needs a refresh and a good clean.

Very nice accommodations and location. The unit is big, perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to most places. Nice view of the bay. Only suggestion is to fix the kitchen tile. It is cracked in one spot and my wife cut her foot on it. That can easily be fixed.

Very nice place needs some updated appliances. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Dish washer would not work. Tv in front bedroom would not work. This is second time I’ve stayed at this property. Its very beautiful and great views only complaints I have is with the appliances

Had a great time condo was nice could use a little updating but honestly didn’t spend much time in was out and about and there to sleep beds were comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants there was also some beach accessories like chairs umbrellas and sand toys there to use. The views of the bay from the balcony were beautiful seen dolphins and manatees.

Perfect little spot in Clearwater beach. Condo was as described with a great view of the intercoastal. Beach was about a 10 min walk but Shepard’s across the street was perfect! Chairs, umbrella, food, drinks and our own little beach!

We enjoyed out stay at this location and so did our pups. Very roomy. Great amenities, great view and location. If we come back to clear water this would be a place we would like to rent again.

Location was great. Saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times as well as a small shark. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Would return again and recommend.

This place worked out perfectly for my family- lots of space and so easy to get to all the restaurants we wanted to go to, beach was right down the block as well. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We booked this last minute, we had no idea what to expect!!! No verbal communication with anyone, everything completed online so I was a little nervous BUT……. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely spot on perfect!!! The dolphins everyday were so playful! The neighborhood was outstanding and very welcoming!! Clean, Big and Close to everything you would need!!?

While the condo is dog friendly the beach unfortunately is not. The condo is nice, but if you're looking for sun on the balcony, it's not there, the balcony is in the shad and breezy. Lots of restraints in walking distance, but the beach is wall to wall people so depends on what you are looking for as to whether this place is for you or not.

The 3 Lisa’s had a great stay!! Beds were great, breakfast on the balcony every morning was a great place to plan our day! We were close to many great places, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go! Thank you! The Lisa’s.

This is second time staying. Walking distance to everything instead of having to drive. Had a great stay again.

Third time staying here. Will not be the last. Amazing views. Perfectly located.

I wish to be contacted by someone in a position of authority. The central air conditioning unit was inoperable and obviously know because there were 2 portable units in 2 of the bedrooms. There was raw toilet sewage leaking into the master bathroom from the unit above and it was pre-existing since the ceiling was black with mold. This created a health hazard for my children and is completely unacceptable. Whereas the building itself was in a good location and seemed to be reasonably new, my only conclusion is the owner of the unit has neglected maintenance for some time. I believe a full refund is in order under the circumstances since the condition of the unit was known prior to it being rented to me. I hope no further action is required on my part.

I was very impressed with the condo and we left it the way we found it. I just wanted it a little closer than it was. My grandkid had a great time. Thank you.
