Great location for walking ot the beach, Sandbar and Salt Life. Also ideal for bike ride to town. Secured garage was great for bikes. Roomy condo with plenty of room to spread out.

My friends and I planned an extended weekend away in Amelia Island. We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and spacious. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a couple of restaurants right there. You have a beach view from the porch. It was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location.

We came to enjoy a birthday party for my grandchild and to spend time with family. The condo has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was spacious and comfortable. It is convenient to resturaunts, parks and Fort Clinch State Park. I would highly recommend this property.

What a perfect location. Home has everything and then some. Comfortable. Covered, gated parking, beautifully furnished and decorated with leaving ample room for our personal items. Fantastic instructions on using WiFi, TV, codes, etc. we will be back!

Overall, we had a great stay! It’s a great condo with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Never felt like we were in each others space. The location is great and close to the beach. We appreciated the parking spot in the garage. We were there during Debby, and this showed some weak spots in the foundation around the windows. The front two windows leaked terribly when it was raining. There was also rain that came into a window in the master and the queen room with attached bath. Our guest contact was made aware. Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be an easy fix, so nothing was completed. I hope that the HOA is able to make corrections because it was alarming and time consuming to continually switch out towels etc. We noticed only a broom available in the home, and asked the guest contact for a sweeper and one was made available. The ovens had been left with lots of burned food in the bottom, and we had to clean those to make them useable and not cause the place to smoke. We also noted what looked to be wet dried marks on the furniture from people sitting in wet suits or drinks on the arm rests. Our guest contact was easy to contact and responded well and offered to come have them cleaned. This is a great unit, the cleaners just need to spend a little more attention to detail. We would return to this unit!

Absolutely the best I have ever had.

Last year, we stayed at this condo for one week. We loved the one-minute (if that) walk to the beach and the generous space and decor of the condo that we stayed two weeks this year! The grassy park area directly across from the condo is perfect for walking our dog (they added two beach volleyball courts!), and parking is convenient (this year we had two cars; parked one underground and one outside on the street). The condo shows a few signs of wear and tear (kitchen cabinets, couches) but nothing that would deter us from staying again. With three bedrooms and three baths, there's plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was with the top oven. We cooked a pizza and the smoking that resulted from prior splatter was so bad, we were concerned the smoke detectors would go off (thankfully they didn't, but the oven needs a very good clean). My husband and I both have back issues and though the master bed is reasonably comfortable, a memory foam mattress topper would be welcomed. If you're a shark tooth hunter, we found 678! We went to Fort Clinch and Main Beach. Haven't hunted for teeth yet...careful, it's addicting! Salt Life restaurant next door is a great option. Overall, this is a wonderful condo with ample room for family, a pet, exercising, lounging around, and comfortably settling in for R & R!

We had a great stay here. The whole condo is very spacious, nice, and very conveniently located. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was a very beautiful, roomy condo. It was the perfect fit for 3 families to fit comfortably with two toddlers. The location was perfect as well. We loved using the balcony, but the beds were very uncomfortable. We had to purchase some memory foam to make them comfortable. It would be nice if the queen bedrooms had tv’s. If the bikes were for us to use, we couldn’t get them out because the gate door would not open enough. Also there was a car always in the way, and the bike tires were flat. Chairs we’re great thank you for them.

This visit was just as good as our first visit last year. It is clean and the location is great. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the beach and pool but the condo was big enough for us to enjoy dinners and games at home.
