Stayed May 31, 2025Our recent stay here was a repeat of last year. Our family has been to Destin probably 20 times and this is the 1st time we have stayed at the same place two years in a row. My family asked me to book it again for next year. We love being in walking distance of a great beach. Kitchen was well stocked. I grilled hamburgers and hot dogs one night and chicken breasts another on a great Weber grill. We purchased fresh seafood just a block down the street and cooked at the condo which was very good. The kids played pickle ball in the evenings. One of our favorite places to eat, the Back Porch, is within a couple of miles away. Our hosts were great to work with. We will be back.

Stayed May 10, 2025The accommodations were clean, great location to the beach. The only issue was the propane tank ran out and there was not a back up tank in the shed. However the manager did deliver a new one asap. The condo was comfortable and the size great.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025The check in process was amazing! We were able to check in at noon! The location was fantastic and the beach really was 75 steps away! The pool was great and close by and all the people around were very friendly. However, the floor was filthy! We all had to wear shoes in the townhouse! We had 8 people and there were not enough bath towels for all of us! A few more towels would have been nice! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was worth it!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025Really enjoyed staying here. Kids (age 10,8,2) loved the bunk beds and pac man game. Was nice having access to beach toys in the shed and washer/dryer for laundry. Easy walk to the beach, tennis court and pool. Would love to come again

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Conveniently located close to the beach, no crossing roads to get there. Heated pool was nice. The condo was nicely furnished with beds and amenities. Adding blankets or a more comfortable couch would be nice. My only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. Floors were covered with sand and ceilings with cobwebs. We waited for the cleaners to finish before we could enter claiming they had mopped. Maybe adding a stick vacuum to help keep up on sand or rugs at the doors would help. Overall, great stay and would stay there again for sure.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Condo is literally less than a minute to the most beautiful beach!! The unit is nice, but missing some necessary items in the kitchen and some throw rugs. Picture of outdoor table and grill were very dated. Actual items were rusted and falling apart. On a good note, everything was replaced while we were there. Management company was great at responding to any issues that came up. Everyone in the community was very nice and welcoming. Traffic is tough on 98, but location is great to get to tons of nice restaurants. Really enjoyed our snowbird experience on Destin.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at “75 steps to the beach”. We loved being able to walk to a great beach in around 3 min to an umbrella and chairs already setup for us. We could go to the beach for a while, and go back, eat a sandwich, and return to the beach easily. Great restaurants near by. One night we grilled hamburgers/hot dogs on the grill provided. Another night we visited a Seafood Market called Blalock’s, just a couple of red lights down the street, and bought fresh shrimp and fish and prepared a great dinner. My wife said this was the best stocked kitchen we had ever stayed. Winn-Dixie is just across the street. Our teenage grandsons played pickleball on the courts across the parking lot. Both our daughters told me this place is one we need to return too. Sarah was fantastic to work with in setting up our stay. Our 4 year old grandson cried on the way home, because we had to leave “the beach house”. So we plan on a return.

Stayed May 26, 2024We stayed 5 nights and it was great. Being so close to the beach made it easy on my mother and the rest of us. We could go back and forth effortlessly. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked everyday and there were lots of pots and pans. We didn't want for any cooking utensils. Few steps to the beach and a few steps to the pool. Perfect location. Great parking. Lots of pool toys for the kids (we had 4). Condo was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!!
