Stayed Apr 1, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, making the entire process easy and stress-free.The condo was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus and a great place to relax. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when we return.

Stayed Apr 22, 2023I loved the condo. It was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a great location. I especially appreciated that it was well stocked with everything you need to cook, as so many places are not. The only disappointment for me was that the pool water was so cold! Too cold to use at all for most, and it was 90-95 degrees outside in April. A place that claims to have a heated pool needs to make sure the heater is operable and the water temp is north of 83 degrees. Other than the pool issue this was a terrific place.

Stayed Mar 3, 2023Pool was cool and spa was not operating for most of our visit. Household inventory could use a good overhaul. ie. towels were worn Many toiletry items from previous owners have been left behind.

Stayed Jan 4, 2023The unit was light and airy, with a wonderful 3rd floor balcony. The location is excellent for walking with great destinations both to the north along the Indian Bend Wash and the south along the AZ Canal. The 2nd bedroom is not really usable for a 2nd couple but could be used for children.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Bonnie's place is very nice and was a comfortable stay for our family. It is a nice location close to everything you need and likely want to visit. The couches and beds were very comfortable. One star off for check-in process simply because you have to use keys and a lockbox instead of having electronic keypad system or something easier and less likely to lose keys for. The condo building and the facilities there were also very nice including the pool and hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.
