Stayed Feb 24, 2026Great stay overall. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were a wonderful bonus. The location is prime, easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops and food. We also loved having a washer and dryer. The only downside was that the cleanliness could have been better.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Loved the beach just a few steps away! Great view of the sunrise each morning. The VRBO is equipped with beach chairs, towels, and all the items needed for the beach. The one downfall was we had booked this location for access to the pool and hot tub and they were down for construction and we didn’t know until we arrived.

Stayed Jan 7, 2025The condo staff does not cooperate with units that are not owned by them. We had to call the property owner to get into our VRBO rented condo. The condo staff denied any knowledge of code to get into our rental. Luckily the owner answer his phone, otherwise we would have been left standing in the lobby for hours/days !!!!!!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024WiFi not working - VRBO router information was incorrect. Cable TV was intermittent - reprogrammed to correct router. Guest bath shower head has very weak water pressure compared to master bath - need to replace or repair clogged shower head. Who is Property Manager?

Stayed Dec 9, 2024This property was just ok, everything a little old. The location was fantastic, close to down town Kapaa. Walking trail right outside the door. Good for island exploration and close to the airport. Just remember the traffic is tough, use an audio book or great tunes. IT’s Hawaii relax, it all good.
