Perfect Dewey Beach 2 BR Condo with Awesome Balcony Views

We had the best stay! Our hosts did an exceptional job of anticipating anything a guest might need, providing a beautiful, centrally located, tastefully decorated home away from home. There are gorgeous water views from the balcony, and it was very easy to walk or take a quick drive to beaches, dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Robin was a pleasure to communicate with, and we would highly recommend this lovely property to others.

Great location. Clean and spacious. No iron or ironing board, fireplace didnt work. Refrigerator and cabinets don't close correctly. TVs are difficult to use.

Very clean room, it felt like home. Even on a rainy day staying in was cozy. Host was very friendly and excellent communication upon arrival. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place right on the bay, near restaurants/bars, cool pool deck, and in walking distance to everything in Dewey.

The condo was updated and clean. Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great roof top pool. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect - amazing location, every detail thought of, well decorated, well equipped and quick turn around on answering questions we had. I hope they are picky / diligent about who they let rent it - Dewey is such a party scene and I'd hate to see the place trashed because it was really well appointed and done. Beds comfortable, lot's of extras we didn't expect like laundry detergent, iron, etc.

Beautiful condo within walking distance to the beach. The location is perfect. The condo is across the street from the Rusty Rudder which was having a major party one night during our stay. We could hear the music and the people on the street, which is not a complaint, just an observation.

My family and our dog had an awesome stay in Dewey Beach. The place is exactly as described and clean. The balcony had a nice view of both the bay and ocean. The place is within walking distance to the bay beach, ocean beach, multiple restaurants, and a coffee place. Really good spot! Definitely would recommend.

The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable, couch too. Location is great, lighthouse restaurant food is very good. Beautiful sunsets on the bay. Parking is easy. (A little confusing getting to the unit bc elevator sign only shows 3 floors when there are 4… but all good once in). Very dog friendly. Robin and Diane are attentive and easy to work with. We look forward to a return trip.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this unit. We appreciated the amenities, including many dishes and utensils (I’ve stayed in units where there are exactly 4 dishes and utensils, so you have to constantly wash dishes after each meal), good quality pots and pans, and plentiful bath towels. They were extra things, like dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided, which I don’t remember reading in the listing so we packed our own. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We don’t wear shoes inside the house, but forgot to pack our Swiffer like we usually do. Our bare feet and socks were fairly clean! We appreciated that the unit is dog-friendly and there was no dog smell or dog hair anywhere. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again. .

It was clean, modern and beautifully renovated with alot of space.It has everything you need and more. Wonderful view of the ocean and Bay and great location as well.

Very nice condo in a building with nice amenities. It’s also a great location, you can be at either the bay or the ocean in minutes.

The unit was modern and clean, with direct access to the bay and an easy 1 block walk to the ocean. After a brief snafu getting our key cards, our host Diane was most accommodating for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the condo was great!
