Very easy parking and access. Walkable to all of Rosemary Beach. Very comfortable beds and nicely provisioned kitchen. Attractive. Responsive property manager.

We have been staying in Rosemary for 20 years. It is our family’s town to get away to. This is a fantastic flat to stay in. Great location in RMB! The beds may be the most comfortable we have slept in. Seriously. Well appointed. On the bunk beds in the second bedroom, they are definitely perfect for younger kiddos. Taller/older kiddos may not be able to fully stretch out! 30 A Luxury was AMAZING. Thank you all for a perfect stay.

Newly renovated and very clean! 10 min walk to beach, but a pretty and shady one. There is a nice pool a couple minutes away. The walk to town center with shopping and dining just 5 minutes. I will say the bunk beds in the wall

This was our first stay at RB as we have always gone to Captiva. We were so thankful we stayed at Percy’s. It was clean, cute, and comfy. Our 11 year old loved the bunk beds. I don’t know how they keep that white couch clean but they do, it’s spotless. We almost stayed above the restaurant but are so glad we stayed away from all the noise. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhoods and I think we would’ve missed out on that if we stayed too close to the beach. We will return!
