Great location! Just of Rainey St and a 12 uber from South Congress. The unit was modern and comfy, with great views from the balcony and the roof. The pool was heated and warm, but we did not use it this trip. We loved the option for bringing pets, even though we didn’t do it this time. We’ll keep this in mind for our next trip! The on-site Vacasa staff was helpful both with the condo and with touristy information.

Excellent space… safe and great location.Only negative were the bed pillows…. All 6 were horribly uncomfortable.Not the best sleep as a result.

Great spot for my family, everyone was comfortable. AC in the master bedroom could have been stronger, or consider installing a ceiling fan. Also, several of the doors squeaked very loudly

Natiivo is in an excellent location for visiting Austin. Close to the path along Lady Bird Lake, close to downtown Austin, and easy to access the freeways. When we visited, we only saw young people in their 20's to 30's. We are a retired couple in our 60's. So, we felt a bit out of place, but everyone was super friendly. The building had a definite party vibe. The pool was always filled with the young crowd, so we never had the chance to enjoy it. The condo has views of Lady Bird Lake, but also looks directly at another high rise condo building. We are not use to these dense living arrangements as we are from a much smaller area. Overall, this was a great place to explore Austin. Austin's traffic seems ridiculous, but we imagine it is from the extensive construction being done to add to the freeway system. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful and comfortable condo. I expected a larger place given that this was a penthouse. Condo is compact, but comfortable for four adults. The location was the best part, right next to the hiking/biking trails around Lady Bird Lake. We didn’t use the pool as there was always so many people and really no space for more. The fitness center was nice, though I much preferred running/walking the trail. We are a retired couple and felt a bit out of place in this hip hotel. We saw mainly young people in their 20’s. It felt like a party place, but I will say we never heard partying. The place was clean, though the spare bedroom rug was dirty and needs a good cleaning. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee on the outside balcony every morning. The balcony chairs could use cushions for more comfort. The balcony looks across to another high rise condo bldg. We are not use to the dense living conditions. There were nice side views to the lake.

We loved the comfortable beds, beautiful rooftop pool, and the location. The Coffee shop in the lobby was super convenient!

Property was very clean and in a good location. We did not rent a car and it was easy to walk or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. It was a very nice space for our family of four. The building was crowded, but it was very quiet for sleeping at night. One drawback is that the pool was crowded without enough space or chairs for the amount of people that wanted to be at or in the pool. We enjoyed our trip to Austin very much!

The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect four our group of four. We had amazing weather and did a pontoon bat tour with Capital Cruises. This was great, although I'm not sure how it would be if the weather was not as good. We ate at Odd Duck and Emmer & Rye, both very good. Also got BBQ at Franklins. The line was LONG and it took a LONG time, but the brisket was the best I've ever had. Also the other items were good, but not great. I read you could order ahead if you did it a few days in advance? This would be a good idea. We also went to Barron Springs. It was really beautiful, fun and crowded (closed Thursdays and a few weeks in March). Our Uber driver said to also go to Deep Eddy as it is similar, but less crowded, but we ran out of time. We loved Austin and would love to go back!

Overall great value...

Nice clean property. Great view. Nice coffee/drink bar on first floor. Front desk people helpful. Fairly decent location for everything downtown and around. Valet a pain but street parking and lots close by.

Everything was great and as advertised

We enjoyed the apartment and the location. We didnt use the parking so no reviews on that. The only thing i would suggest is make sure your check out info is the same across all communication. It was a little confusing. One said if you had extra time to start the laundry (we didnt) and then anothe message said to just strip sheets. It would be great if it all said the same thing
