Penthouse View Condo-On-Site Restaurant/Bar-Pool

Nice, clean condo with great views. One of the upsides for this place is the coffee shop, bar/restaurant on the main floor. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, those places were not open a majority of the time of our stay since it was off season. Not the fault of the condo, just a bummer for us. Condo is very spacious...only recommendation would be offering beach chairs and necessities like that for those who are traveling via plane and can't bring those things.

There was no one at the desk when I arrived and waited around 15-20 minutes for someone to come back to get the keys. When she arrived she was very rude and explained things about the resort very quickly. When we unloaded the car there were no carts available in any of the cart locations. I believe they are there for looks. I understand if there are many people checking in at once but we checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and we never saw a cart in any location our entire 5 day stay. Make sure to bring a wagon when staying here.

The Palms was so perfect for our family of 5! We enjoyed being so close to everything & the pools were so enjoyable!! The only bad part was the public beach across the rd. It’s so tiny & so packed. We had to drive to Miramar Beach to enjoy the beach & it was beautiful! We will definitely be going back to the area next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation, and your condo was just like coming home at night could not have asked for anything better. Thank you

Great place to stay

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. the beds were so comfortable and soft. Definitely would stay here again

We loved everything about it—especially the pool, the friendly people we met, and the great people at Glass Casa! The entire place was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large patio was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Can't wait to go back!

The Cart rental was cancelled because the property according to Glass Casa was not withing the delivery route. Had to call for refunded They only refunded part of charge had to call credit card company.
