Penthouse loft in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City

We loved staying here. Such a cool penthouse Suite to stay in. Has the old building charm that is warm and inviting with modern amenities. The windows are so cool and the views of downtown were great. We stayed here to go to a hockey game and it was only one block to the Delta center. We would stay here again!

The room is terrific. Very comfortable and clean. The owner is terrific and accomodating. Getting in and out the room of it is a bit of a maze however.

Absolutely beautiful penthouse. Opening the windows and letting the cool air in was a plus. Wish we woulda stayed longer. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Only drawback: you better not be short…the interior is built out for a tall person (6’ plus). Nonetheless, at 5’10”, I’d stay again!! :)

Great location for everything we wanted to see and do, secure and cool space with a lot of character and charm…loved the space and windows!! This loft is in the heart of SLC and is walking distance to many restaurants, delta center and shopping which we loved. Parking area is private and gate has an opener. Lots of closet space for longer stays which was nice and appreciated for his and hers. Tips before booking: I would not recommend for anyone that has trouble walking or with stairs as the walk to get there is a ways from elevator and has steps up and down within the loft. Also as a shorter person I found it difficult to get in and out of the tub to shower, though a stool was provided, and found the counters and stove to be difficult to for me to reach and use comfortably. Being in the city there is also city traffic noise at times, we did not have any issues while sleeping, but if this is not your thing I’d suggest bringing ear plugs or a fan for the space. But feel if you like city life this is a non issue, read other comments and I do don’t think it was bad. But I expected noise when booking. Host was responsive when we needed to communicate and was prompt in fixing or responding to our questions or concerns.

Trying to find the location was confusing. I am glad that we were looking in the daytime and not at night. It was intimidating trying to locate the right room. The exit signs above the door made it confusing to and then opening up to an outside area was confusing. Eventually I found the place. Upon walking in a window had been left open in the living room. It was 58 degrees in the apartment. The key fob was not easy to use. You had to push it several times. The uniqueness of the place was fun. The cleanliness was good but the furniture could use a good cleaning. The kitchen and bathtub were awkward for me being shorter. I forgot my blow dryer and went to use the one provided and it did not work. The lights were dim and a few were burned out.

Very nice and close to the Salt Palace Convention Center. Near Delta Center. Great food nearby. Way better than a hotel.

Fantastic condo right near everything! Very clean and a lovely space. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful loft!

We just love this beautiful apartment in a great location in SLC when we want to stay over for a few days. We don't live far away but it is a beautiful getaway for myself and my husband.

Very unique and interesting property. Very industrial since it’s a converted warehouse. Our unit was very nice, comfortable and accommodating. The host was very responsive if anything was needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed, in a great location with covered, gated parking... what's not to love?! And if you love preparing your own culinary delights, the kitchen is well-stocked with incredible appliances. Again, what's not to love?!

We completely loved our stay at the Arch Loft. The rooms were stunning, the jetted bathtub was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. The check in and check out process was quick and easy to follow. The Gateway and Delta Center are within walking distance. Theres so many cute little stores nearby. I highly recommend the Arch Loft and hope to visit again soon.

Everything was absolutely amazing

Great loft and a great location. Incredibly easy to get to the convention center where we were spending most of our time. The bakery across the street had some of the best donuts I've ever had. There wasn't really a good market in walking distance as the one in the provided book had permanently closed, but other than that it was great!

The Loft was clean, comfortable and had great views! Great location to explore SLC and hit some great restaurants and shopping! The Hosts were great! The king bed was comfortable and you have everything you need to relax. Can’t wait to stay here again as it’s 2 blocks from the Delta Center

Incredible, spacious, tall ceilings, lovely view of the city and street below. I literally gasped when I walked in.

was very clean and cozy, within walking distance for everywhere we went. i loved that my car was parked in a gated lot for the night!

The interior of the condo was spacious and comfortable. We are 80 so the amount of steps , both outside and inside the condo, was a challenge, especially with large suitcases . Young , agile people won't have a problem. The entrance and exit way to the unit is not enticing but once inside, it is attractive and well appointed. King size bedIs very comfortable.

What a fantastic location and terrific penthouse experience! This property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City but far enough from crazy traffic that noise was never a problem. The building is extraordinarily quiet and the neighborhood is very safe and secure. I can’t imagine a better Salt Lake City Experience than this one.

10 out of 10 :) we came here for my birthday weekend and for the things we wanted to do, this place was prime for its location. Check-in instructions you may have to read over it a couple of times just because it is a process to get in but worth it and the instructions are prerty straight forward. If you love history, I highly recommend this place, the building was built in 1910 and as you're finding your way to the room, enjoy the historic walk-thru maze, you can just feel the history of this place. The place overall is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for two. My husband being a giant (he's 6'4) digs the tall counters and how everything just felt open. Kitchen is fully equipt which is perfect, we stayed in cooked a bit since he has celiac. To my cute shortcakes out there (I'm 4'11) certain skills will be put to the test, good luck! We'll definitely be back.

My adult daughter and I stayed at this beautiful penthouse apartment. Very clean and great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the host when we got to property as we had some gate entrance issues.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed in SLC for a few nights before heading to Moab and Zion. The penthouse was perfectly comfortable, clean, stocked, and in a great location. Instructions for finding it were very clear and easy to follow. The bath tub has high sides, so be careful climbing in and out All in all, it was a fantastic stay- we would highly recommend

The penthouse was beautiful, it was clean and the location was perfect in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Salt lake. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Place was nice, great location. Unfortunately we had to leave, couldn't stay the night, the noise from the neighbor was as if they were in the bedroom with us. We packed and went home.pacand

We enjoyed our stay at this downtown loft. It is close to convention center and a great Mexican restaurant next door.

This property is the top floor, corner unit with Eastern and Northern views. There IS a washer dryer (tucked in a closet in the entry). There IS parking and it's covered and protected by a locked gate. There IS a modern thermostat. There IS a wonderful mattress, down comforter, comfy couches/pillows. This property would not work for those who might fall down the step between the kitchen and living areas. I did not notice the step down to the living area from the kitchen, but landed just fine (though I was surprised). To find the correct unit...enter the main lobby, walk toward #102 to find the elevator. Once off the elevator, make a sharp U-turn to your right and follow the signs to the 'Exit.' You will actually exit the hallway into an outdoor area in the center of the building (surrounding an old smoke-stack from the days this building served as a factory). Follow the emailed instructions from there to go back inside (past the old smoke-stack) and into the unit. It's very cool just getting to the VRBO, which is the best unit in the building. This property far exceeded my expectations including nearly zero street noise.

Great location, secured parking best for smaller vehicles. The tub shower was elevated and would be best served with a small stool/child's chair to ease access. there is a leak at the tub faucet that should be repaired to save . there should be a safety mat for the shower! Also with gas fireplace and gas stove, there should be a carbon monoxide level detector/alarm

The penthouse was awesome! We were close to the Delta Center for the hockey and basketball games. We ate at a place right across the VRBO. We hosted dinner and a breakfast for our son and his friends. The VRBO is beautiful. We will definitely come back again in the future!

Check in process was easy. Location of property to downtown was ideal. Property is finished nicely and has all amenities you would need. Great for a couples weekend with plans downtown! Would stay again for sure

Very nice. Enjoyed our vacay. A little hard to get in to, but once settled everything was in good shape. Strongly recommended.

We arrived on Friday to go to a concert and spent Saturday exploring the farmers market and nearby shopping. It is definitely a big city! Construction on the road was a little noisy and we could hear the loud conversations next door.

We travel to Utah 10 plus times a year to watch our son play football at the University of Utah. We normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something different. We feel very fortunate to have found this location. Once you walk inside you're met with an awesome view of downtown. The ceiling is high so the place feels really open. The furniture is very comfortable along with the bed. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer was really nice. Having secure parking is a huge plus in downtown SLC. It's a super short walk to the Gateway with bars and places to eat and Chile Tepin right next door. We run our own rental vacation home so we know the value of communication. The owner does an outstanding job. Don't hesitate to book. We look forward to future stays.
