Stayed Dec 27, 2025Beautiful penthouse! We enjoyed the views the most! The unit had everything we could have needed and then some. The weather was a little too chilly to enjoy the terrace for too long but it was such a great outdoor space! Maybe we will return in the warmer months to enjoy it!

Stayed May 23, 2025Drove from Tampa area 6 hour drive and when we arrived they basically said screw us cause we had 9 people instead of 8, side note the penthouse sleeps 12 so the one extra person had to book their own hotel 1000 on Memorial Day weekend and we had to show proof. Then they still didn’t want to let us in. We had to call ECVR to have them call the head of HOA to Approve the stay. The way they just really said screw us and my family of 9 with not a care in the world was so rude. Front desk really just was started my Vacation off on the wrong foot. They just didn’t care.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025We loved our stay here! The penthouse was so spacious for our family of 6. We felt like it was a home away from home. The beach toys and access were a bonus. The terrace pool was calm and relaxing too! We’d love to return!
