Penthouse Condo with a River View - Walk to Downtown + Garage Parking

Beautiful condo close to Broadway and Germantown! Great patio and living area for our family to hang out and enjoy morning coffee and an evening cocktail! Our host sent very informative messages answering any questions that may come up! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great! Excellent location, great view of Cumberland River!

Im basing the 5 star rating, as the condo was roomy enough for 4 individuals. Couch was comfortable enough.

Comfortable beds, nice sheets. Dishwasher wouldn’t stay running. Not the most desirable area of town. Lots of trash on ground below balcony, but wasn’t concerned for safety. Secure garage for car was nice. Carpet under ottoman was dirty, couch pillows very worn.

Location was too far to walk to broadway but we used uber, Lyft and taxi which was better than being within walking distance. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Great parking.

Host was great, the condo was very clean, and an easy walk to downtown. My family enjoyed the weekend and will stay again.

This location was very comfortable and spacious for 8 adults without any issues. The view was great and the walk to Broadway was an easy hike, even in cowboy boots. The train was not an issue at all and did not disrupt our sleep at all. We all would look to stay here again the next time we come back to Nashville!

We had a great time staying at this condo which faces the river. It was a half mile walk to Broadway. Condo had everything we needed and the host was amazing.

The property was great! The location wasn't as convenient as we thought and had to go thru some sketchy areas to get to Broadway downtown. There is also a train track next to the building that has trains running up and down around a dozen times a day. Last, many homeless in area. Encampment of homeless across the RR tracks along with parking lot on the other side of the property that has many homeless parking and hanging out.

Great place! We stayed here with three couples and the condo was well stocked and close to everything. Communication was wonderful and it was nice we could park in a secure garage.

It is a great place to stay

This condo was perfect. It was a short walk to broadway and everything was very clean/ easy to work with. The host was very responsive with any questions we had, and we were well equipped with all the cooking supplies, towels, etc. that you would not have if you stayed in a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here for any trip to Nashville, whether it be a weekend stay or staying for longer. The view of the balcony overlooking the river was a perfect place for a coffee in the morning or just relaxing with friends and family.

Pretty views of river. Well appointed condo the owner got back to me when questioned about unit. There was a railroad that ran close to the condo that wasnot listed on the listing.

Beautiful apartment with great riverfront views. The inside is terrific and does not disappoint! Building is walking distance to Broadway but the neighborhood is very rough and we were told by locals not to walk back late at night. This is not a big problem as uber is very cheap because you are only a mile away. Other comments made us worry about the train noise but unless you are an extremely light sleeper it did not affect us. Would definitely recommend for people looking to spend time on Broadway!!

The condo was fine, if you don’t mind loud train noise at random times of the day and night and overlooking a homeless encampment. It was a short stay, but it was described as close to and ‘easy’ walking distance to the attractions to downtown. It definitely was not. Personally, I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

We soent a week in Nashville to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. This property was located within walking distance to Broadway, had great river views and all the necessities. We extended our stay because of weather. wrand the owner/property mgmand

This place was perfect for our family girls trip! Plenty of room and bathrooms! Beds were comfy, access into the building was easy. Only downfall was the train that runs right next to the building multiple times a day.

The property was perfect for our group. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. My husband totally nerded out over the train trestle and watching the barges on the Cumberland. We would definitely go back.

This was the perfect venue for our long weekend in Nashville. I honestly can’t recommend it enough.The apartment is stunning, so well presented and tidy, not to mention the stunning view of the river & Titans stadium. It’s also brilliantly located, just a short walk (or even shorter uber) down to Broadway. All communication with the property was brilliant too, helping us out with every detail - from helpful to-do tips and accommodating an early check in.So do yourself a favour and stay here, you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, plenty of room, and property owner is very responsive. We were in town for the Titans game. You can literally see Nissan Stadium from the balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. Highly recommend this property. Will stay here on our next visit to Nashville.

Stayed one night with adult family and 1 child. Spacious for all 7 of us. There were 3 cars between us all and the owner got back to us immediately letting us know there was 1 garage spot, but additional parking nearby for the other 2 cars. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Stayed at the condo for 4-5 days and it was phenomenal. Everything was clean from floors to dishes to towels and communication with the property manager was no longer than a 10 minute text response providing us with check-in updates and any answers to questions I had. Highly recommend!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Amy was very prompt to respond to any questions we had about the area. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium for the football game and two downtown Broadway. Very spacious, clean & well stocked. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re back in town

The unit sits a top a great little condo complex that has a railroad running next to it. The only issue was at first we didn’t like the sound of the train, but then we came to enjoy it and watch it.

My husband and I meet 2 couples, friends from college. We had a blast in Nashville. We enjoyed the condo- right on the river and railroad tracks. It was a beautiful sight- especially at night. Perfect weekend weather. Condo well within walking distance to downtown, Broadway. Even great restaurants within walking distance. Well be back for sure.

Quiet. Clean. Close to downtown. We took an Uber ride as it was about a mile from broadway. Had an issue with the code at check in and they called me immediately and I was all set. Thanks

We really enjoyed this condo. Rare to have 3 bathrooms and at least 2 king beds. A gem. We would def stay here again

Fantastic place ! Large bedrooms with nice beds & large bathrooms, everything in the house was clean & looked to be recently updated, the host was beyond helpful & very fast to respond with any questions. There is a train that is very close that I heard the first night only, after that we were all used to it all 6 of my family members. We look forward to staying again in the near future

We had a great stay and the proximity to the broadway was fantastic if you like a walk.

Other than unable to operate the tv. No news stations Could not operate. Otherwise a nice vacation and a nice place to rent. Would do it again.

Place was very nice overall. Loved the river view. Furniture is a little worn. Lots of cob webs and wasp nests on the balcony. But all together very comfortable. I would stay again.
