Fantastic beach view

Check in was quick and easy.Condo was as described and welcoming.View was un-beatable. Laundry machine in condo did not drain the water,so we just used the machines on the floor.We didn't report till we left cuz it wasn't that big of an issue,everything else was fine.

This condo was so amazing and looked just like the pictures showed! The views were breath taking. I am a clean freak so I went in and check all bed and counters and everything was very clean and very well maintained. This was so perfect and cozy for my husband and two kids. We were in town celebrating our 10th anniversary and this location and property was so relaxing!!!! Management reaches out on our second day to check on us which was so nice and appreciated! This is definitely a 10/10.

I and 2 separate visitors had a pleasant stay in this newly renovated condo. It has a nice view of the ocean, a logical layout and fast internet. There is not a convenient or comfortable place to work from, but sitting at the kitchen island and using a pillow with the chair worked well enough.RealJoy was responsive to any concerns and came out several times during my stay. Once because I let them know an outlet wasn't working (turned out I was unaware that just one plug in an outlet could be connected to a wall switch), to unclog the sink disposal, to attempt to fix the washer, to deliver extra towels (because we couldn't wash in hot water as the washer could not be fixed until after we left) and to deliver a hotspot when the internet went out, possibly due to high winds, which they allowed us to keep as a back up just in case for the duration of our stay.I would not choose to stay during the building renovations again, they said they discounted the price, but not enough (IMO) for what you had to endure - LOUD noise all around the unit (6 days a week, daytime only), caustic smells in the hallways and elevator, many things in a state of de/construction at once. No access to sauna, hot tubs and the indoor pool as not warm enough for me.There were 3 chairs on the deck that lead to the beach. It was one of my favorite things to do, sit in those chairs and view the beach/ocean. They were sturdy and relaxing, being able to put your feet up on the wood railing. Really miss that!

I enjoyed my stay in Destin. The sun and sea did not disappoint. The condo was decent but was advertised as a penthouse- it is not. It is a condo on the top floor. A few concerns- there is a very loud air conditioner unit(?) beside the entry door on the outside wall of the bedroom. I only have 25% of my hearing and the unit is very loud when trying to sleep. Also, there is no real closet for the bedroom. Lastly, the sheets on the bed were not even tucked in.

We stayed for nearly two weeks most everything was good but the room is not very clean. From day one until the last day our baby crawled around and her legs and feet would be BLACK from crawling on the floor. It is not clean at all. The bathroom shower needs cleaned too. There’s black spots on the shower walls & the bottom of the shower door is also black. I wore sandals in the shower. The bathroom & bedroom also got very moist and it would leave the bedding and anything left in there feeling damp. The bed was comfortable & the kitchen was pretty clean. It is nice having the washer and dryer in the room but the couch in the living room is not very comfortable & regarding the shower head being low, which it is it’s not that big of a deal to just bend over but it definitely is low. The view is great but we stayed in a room a few down last year with the same view & the room was definitely nicer. We probably would not stay in this room again.

Property was dirty. Hallways need to have carpets cleaned they were filthy. Sorry to be negative but I expected much nicer.

The condo was clean and nice and the view from the balcony is awesome. We spent almost as much time out on the balcony as we did on the beach. Tidy kitchen with all the equipment you need for cooking and eating. Laundry machines so you don't have to use the laundromat. Nice bathroom and shower. Overall a very pleasant place to be. I'd stay again.

There were some small issues when we fist arrived but real joy rentals was verry responsive and kind to our needs even late at night and on the weekend m

It was a great place, but I was disappointed that there was no closet. There is a portable wardrobe that was brought in. I believe they redid the bathroom at the cost of a closet. The condo did have a stacked washer and dryer, which was convenient and worked great. Overall great experience.

The property was just as described. The facility smelled so good when you walked thru the front door. Very clean. The only downfall was the pool was not open due to construction but was no problem.
