Penthouse 7th floor with spectacular Ocean views! Immaculate, Beach Front Condo!

This was our third stay at this property and we’ll certainly be back! You won’t find a better view of the ocean and beach. The hosts are kind and receptive to all questions. The property is clean and you’ll find everything you need.

We had a a wonderful couple of days at this property. The condo was beautifully decorated, and we loved all the beachy touches throughout. The turtle coffee table was our favorite piece! Shannon couldn't have been more accommodating. Explicit directions were given in advance. The location of the condo was perfect with gorgeous views of the beach and pool. We enjoyed shopping and eating at the beach town Fernandina Beach, which was an easy drive and filled with shops and restaurants.Highly recommend!

Great view! Close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location on the island, convenient to everything. This was our second visit and everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was superb! Harvey & Shannon most responsive and kind. The condo immaculate, well appointed and well stocked. Attention to detail was evident throughout the condo. The hosts also placed a nice focus on the enjoyment of being oceanfront; from the swivel chairs in front of the expansive windows in the living area to the comfortable and tall Adirondack chairs on the top floor balcony giving great unobstructed ocean views. This was a wonderful condo. The only problem we had was that the elevator closest to our condo was not working for the first 5 days! Otherwise it was fabulous! The host was very responsive with all my questions ahead of time and even during our stay.

This rental was amazing. The hosts responded very quickly to questions. We appreciated all the special extras you normally don't find when renting. It was very clean and up to date. Loved it!

Property is dated, but I knew that going in. No umbrellas at the Pool for shade, even though they have bases. Some Algae on the side of the pool, but I did see them clean every other day. Easy walk to the Ritz Carlton. Kitchen is tiny with the bare essentials. Chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach was a bonus. The deck area is nice but after sunrise you are in full sun which makes it impossible to sit for long.

Overall, the property was fantastic and one of the nicer units in the complex on VRBO. Every amenity that you would need was available. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival and the the owner immediately remedied the situation. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo that was so well equipped. It had everything we needed and made our stay so easy. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with for the stay. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing. Zero complaints! Will stay again.

Rented this unit because we couldn’t accommodate everyone in our condo. My son and his wife loved the stay. Everything was neat and clean. Morning coffee on the deck at sunrise was one of their favorite things to do.

Very comfortable and very clean accommodations. Fantastic view. Close to the beach, merely steps away to an almost private beach. Hosts had nice beach chairs and umbrella for use which were very much appreciated. The kitchen was adequately equipped to handle any cooking. Ample parking was available. Highly recommended this property.

The view is stunning. The unit was perfect for two. Well furnished, the basics included. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The location on the island also is good-about 15 minutes at most from the historic town of Fernandina Beach. Close to a grocery store and some restaurants. Not sure we’re coming back this way but would rent it again

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the spectacular views from the 7th flour penthouse despite the extremely cold weather. We can see how enjoyable this area would be in warmer weather and look forward to another return to Amelia Island. We had everything we needed.

Great view of ocean immediately as you enter condo.Comfy window chairs swivel so you can enjoy yourview all day ! Full kitchen is well stocked. Nearby HarrisTeeter grocery and restaurants offer option to eat in or goout for meals. Easy access to beach thru pool area forwalking or people watch. Tennis courts near entrance drive. Definitely on our list for a return visit !

The condo was wonderful…. Very clean and well appointed!! The best thing was the priceless view we had of the ocean/beach. It was just steps away from the condo so taking long walks was a breeze. We would definitely rent this condo again.

My wife and I love Amelia Island and have stayed in this complex several times. Our stay in this unit was no different! Communication with property manager was timely and efficient. The unit was very clean and was exactly as pictured in listing. Kitchen was well appointed. Definitely would stay here again!

The property is a perfect one bedroom condo with ample space for kitchen and living room area. Also a cozy balcony with wonderful views of the Atlantic from the 7th floor. Location on Amelia was perfectly centrally located. We had a little hiccup upon leaving having left a special coffee maker we carried there. Our Host was very accommodating in helping us retrieve. Can’t wait to go back!!

Very clean and cute condo with a nice beach view

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here on Amelia Island. This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! the floors are tiled with no carpet to worry about being clean. Everything about it was perfect. We had no problems with anything!!!

This is a wonderful condo on the top floor. Excellent patio and the view is just killer. Condo is well appointed and comfortable. I would stay here again without question.

Communication was prompt. Check in was smooth. Top floor corner unit. Great neighbourhood. Clean and as advertised. Slight humming sound from AC machines but bearable. Kitchen is NOT stocked. Suggest to at least put some Coffee/coffee filter, creamer and sugar if possible. Grocery and coffee shop at around 7 min drive.

Great vacation. Great location. Our first stay on Amelia Island. Easy to get around. Great restaurants. Pros: stocked Condo with a wonderful view. It was clean and enough room for 2. Cons: Patio faces North East and doesn't get the sea breeze. I know its on the ocean but the fantastic picture windows need to be cleaned once in a while. Other than that, its a great place.
