Things to know
• Amenities/Clubhouse access is $40/person per day OR $100/per family per day
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• There is a rollaway bed in the unit
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT No Pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

    Condo was clean and well appointed. We had great weather, so the screened porch was wonderful. Had to go in a couple of times due to someone smoking upstairs but not the condo's fault. Was disappointed how expensive the daily fee for use of the Club facilities. Again, not the condo's fault but does make it less of a resort.

    This property is a great place to stay, especially if you are participating in a tennis tournament at The Peninsula. We stayed there last September and it was dirty, the carpet was stained, and the check in process was difficult. A new host has taken over since then and everything was perfect.

    We enjoyed our stay. Great area, comfortable beds, spacious condo, lovely golf course view. Easy 5 mile drive to restaurants and beautiful beach. Few comments though: Patio furniture not at all comfortable, bedroom windows did not open, insufficient towels, sparse kitchen ware. $40.00 per person per day for use of tennis/pickleball courts and very average pool.

    The condo was in a great location but it unfortunately wasn’t very clean. The carpet is very stained, mildew is growing in the shower, and the porch was dirty. The television had only streaming services, and if you didn’t have a subscription, there wasn’t anything good to watch. Also, there were no instructions for the TV. Also, the taxes and fees were as much as the daily rate, so the taxes and service fee’s actually doubled my payment.
