The condo was super clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic and we spent considerable time sitting in the deck chairs enjoying the view. The owner (Teresa) was extremely helpful and communicated with me quickly via text which helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Pelicans Retreat was perfect - comfortable, beautiful views, well appointed, great kitchen and the hosts were just wonderful.

The condo was easy to find and easy to access. Walking in to the condo is clean with beautiful beach decor and the views are amazing. This is on our favorites list.

Absolutely wonderful!! The condo was so cozy and inviting. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need from beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels etc. The direct access was great! Definitely going to plan another trip.

Wonderful unit with all the amenities. Very clean, great view! Hosts were wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Teresa was great at communicating with us ahead of the trip, just ahead of our arrival, and with a quick check-in after we had a chance to settle in. The space was exactly as the pictures show. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. They did not miss any details when setting up the space for a family vacation. The location cannot be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and seeing the ocean. The beach access is right at the property’s edge and the pool is very nice, too. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Want to thank Teresa for all her swift responses. Even notifying us of early entry. The condo included everything you would need for a comfy stay. Really enjoyed our stay !!!!!

We took a short vacation to take our 2 year old to see the beach for the first time. The condo was AMAZING! Fully stocked from kitchen utensils and supplies to extra beach essentials! The condo was very clean welcoming. Communicating with the Teresa was so easy! She made sure you were comfortable the whole trip! Every minute of our stay was so enjoyable! We loved staying here!

The owner's attention to detail is execellent. The property is very well cared for and the location is right on the beach. The owners go out of their way to ensure a pleasant and care free stay. Thanks for everything!

The place was great. The pool wasn’t opened yet for the season which was a bummer with small children. They have games and a few toys for when kids stay there. The hosts were wonderful and easy to work with and get ahold of when needed! Definitely recommend this place

My stay at The Pelican Retreat was exactly what I sought. The location was perfect and had beautiful water views from both sides of the condo. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Teresa was awesome and really made sure my stay was completely comfortable. 10/10, would recommend! I’d definitely book there again.

The property was just as it looked in the listing pictures. The interior was well cared for and everything seemed fairly new and in good shape. Communication with the hosts was easy and comprehensive, and they were very accommodating with requests. The beach on this end of the island can get a bit narrow, but it wasn’t too bad in front of the property. There are definitely buildings further down that have much less beach in front of them If you’re looking to stay on this part of the beach, this unit would be good pick. We would stay here again if in the area.

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location. Enough room for the 6 of us to relax and not be on top of each other when hanging out after a relaxing day on the beach.
