Stayed Sep 19, 2024The unit has a wonderful view of the gulf and is represented well in the pictures. There was plenty of parking available and EV chargers as well. The unit uses the buildings Internet/WiFi but it seems speedy enough while we were there. The entrance was maned 24/7 so you had to have a pass displayed and wait for them to open the gate every time you came back. My only real complaint was the check in. Multiple pages of rules that you had to read and sign. They provide bracelets to show that you were staying there. $25 fee if you lost it and need a replacement. You are not allowed to bring back anyone that is not saying in your unit. Not a good first impression when checking in. That being said we were never asked to show our bracelets and had no issues during our stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024This was a very last-minute stay, and the host was very accommodating. The property was just as advertised, Great view from the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm. They provide 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, A beach cart and sand toys. It was just my husband and I so we did not use all of it, but I thought that was very thoughtful and a great perk!
