Pelican Beach 2 bedroom 16th floor with Gulf Views

Perfect location! Pool area was great! House had everything we needed. Very short walk to beach

Loved the location and the view. The resort had a lot to do with the many swimming pools and hot tub. Great location with wonderful access to the beach. All in all it was a great vacation resort and we hope to be back soon!

We had excellent communication with our host, accommodations were as described. Very comfortable stay and we would stay here again.

The view was spectacular just wish the weather was better but last few days we finally got to see the sunrise and the weather was warmer and it was amazing.

The condo was stunning! Perfect for my family of 4. The views were breathtaking and the balcony allows for a great view of the sunrise. This is also a great place for an extended stay.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo is well kept and could easily hold a family of four with small children. The condo is centrally located and is close to everything you could want to do in Destin. The pool and beach access at the condo are also great.

Great property and location

Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views from the 16th floor. Condo was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Condo also has a great view of the sunset out the front door. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Host made check in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beach view from 16th floor was great. Second bedroom is fairly small but suited our needs. Communication with owner was fabulous and he made sure we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! We were caught in Storm Enzo during our visit to Destin and while it didn't turn out to be the vacation we had planned, the accommodations couldn't have been better. The views were phenomenal during the winter storm at the beach, and we felt at home while watching the snow fall.

When we arrived the check-in instructions were exactly as previously sent to us in an arrival email. Condo was clean & exactly as pictured. We had a fire alarm beeping one day and the host was very communicative/fast about getting it fixed. We would stay agian!

Closely located to attractions and shopping. Beautiful condo with everything that you could need for a home away from home!

The room was clean, quiet, updated and was the perfect size for our family of four with 2 young kids. The resort itself was nice with 3 different pools and very close to the beach. Any less than positive feedback is really what you would experience at any resort in this area and doesn't detract from the overall rating (traffic, occasionally very crowded in the pools, rental companies taking up much of the beach). Basically the same feedback most would have I would think. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this room and resort to others.

This my second time staying her and we love it. The place is so modern, clean, and the property manager will communicate with you. We love it here

I stayed here with my daughter and her family which included my two grandbabies. This place had everything we needed. The owner checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Two pools and the beach on the same property. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in. Will definitely book again.
