Stayed Apr 22, 2023Property was just as described in listing. Very quiet when we were there. Check in was a breeze. Condo was nicely decorated and in great condition. Very spacious. View was tremendously beautiful. Nice secure place to vacation to. cafe was great for breakfast and great pizzas! Will definitely go back. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We had a wonderful time at Pelican Beach. It was very busy and the elevators always had a wait but the pools didnt feel terribly overcrowded. The unit we stayed in was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and i loved watching the Gulf from the balcony. The unit did not have scissors or a small paring knife so if that is something you need, make sure to pack it. I didnt really use any of the other cooking utensils besides plates and cups. The door in the bathroom definitely needs fixed, it scrapes the floor when you open and close it and the shower door creaks when opening and closing. I would definitely stay here again. Stayed Apr 5, 2025Pros: Location within resort is great. Great front view of the beach. Bed was comfortable and resort itself was great! Only left twice the whole week! Beach service was great (300 for the week for 2 people front row) Cons: Don’t expect to check in a minute before 4pm! Couch in living room needs to be replaced as it’s broken (has been for a while according to previous reviews). They need tall top table & chairs on the balcony. You can’t see over the rail when you sit down on the balcony in current chairs.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024We loved the unit. Prime location. We had no issues with this unit. The sleeper couch was broken but they had communicated with us before we arrived. Communication was great! We would definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Our first time to Destin and it was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo could use a bit of a facelift. There were some mildew spots and peeling paint. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Stayed Oct 17, 2023Condo was very nice! View of the ocean is gorgeous! Nice big kitchen and bathrooms! The balcony is spacious! Tv/ WiFi was slow and old especially in the bed room hard to connect to wide and tv was outdated but not horrible. The patio did have soft old socks on some cover on the wall for some reason
