Stayed Jun 16, 2025The room was perfect. Had an awesome view. And the grounds were amazing. Tiki bar was a plus. Kids enjoyed being close to the beach and pool.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We had a great experience at the pelican beach! Our balcony over looked the gulf and you could see dolphins swim by at least 2 times a day! To respond to reviews that almost didnt make me pick this condo, yes its a bit dated but how often are you really in the condo when there are 3 pools, beach, and countless activities in the area! The garbage chute accross the hall can be a bit loud but we had a sound machine and could hardly hear it! Overall would recommend this condo. We also booked some of the free experiences that came with staying here which included golf and a sunset dolphin cruise!

Stayed Apr 6, 2023Beautiful view of the Gulf from the Balcony. However, there was no patio furniture on the balcony. Check in process was delayed because I was not given the unit number. Kitchen was good with basic utensils needed. There was a musty smell through out the unit. Alot of construction being done. Lots of traffic in the area, do not attempt to go to Okaloosa Island between 5-7 pm. Served our purpose for a place on the beach but would not stay here again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2021We loved the condo and overall were very happy with our stay. There were a few cosmetic things like a missing towel bar in one bathroom, and some loose fixtures. The location of the condo was perfect and we had a great view of pool and beach! Would recommend to a friend!

Stayed Jun 7, 2021There was one coin operated washer and dryer on the floor we stayed on but was advertised as if in condo. No chairs or umbrella included but the elevators were very fast. Loved the view from the balcony.
