Peaceful with Most Spectacular Views Fun in Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Very nice and affordable for a weekend getaway. Beautiful views from the balcony. Jennifer gave great directions and information prior to arrival. Contactless check-in/out and keyless entry are definitely a plus. No waiting in line at the rental agency.

Nice stay near Folly beach. Condo is about 1 1/2 to the beach. Liked having washer and dryer. Didn’t take long to get to Charleston. Walked in and 3 big palmetto bugs were surprised we were there. LOL. Definitely have to climb the stairs as mentioned in description . Beds a little too firm. Loved the balcony. Enjoyed our stay

Everything was just as described on the listing. Perfect for four adults. We didn't spend a lot of time here as we used it as a landing base for evenings, but it was just what we wanted. Even though there is not a table, we had no problems playing a card game on the counter. We didn't use the porch, but the views are beautiful.

Was really clean and nice

Condo was nice, had everything we needed for a few days stay. Convenient location to get to downtown Charleston attractions. The steps were no big deal, easy check in & out.

The top corner unit was a perfect size for two people who want their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The area was quiet and the view very nice. Everything worked out great. We had a nice lunch at Lolo's; it wasn't overcrowded like other places we tried.

Our host was very accommodating and always available if we had any questions or concerns. The property was perfectly appointed for us and super clean and definitely lived up to the description that she provided – – very peaceful, beautiful views of the marsh!

We enjoyed our 9 nights stay at the condo. Among the pros are: Jennifer was a great host, very responsive, helpful, the check-in and check-out were easy; the condo is cozy, comfortable, and clean; there is a nice view from the terrace; a good (and no fuss) seafood restaurant is just across the street from the condo; Folly Beach is just 1 mile away- an easy bike ride! Note: the covered parking has also a pad lock where one can store bikes!Cons: the noisy AC/ heating unit outside one of the two bedroom made sleeping uncomfortable. A sensitive sleeper would have an issue, a child may not; the kitchen and living areas are small, and the kitchen lacks a few essentials (Jennifer kindly provided some bakeware and a fruit bowl). Not a problem for a family of 2, but may be a bit crammed for a family with kids. On overall a pleasant stay. Many thanks to Jennifer.

Loved this place. It was comfortable, close to everything we wanted to see, and the view was terrific.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. Great location for a girls weekend. Would def recommend this location. Will say if you’re over the age of 65 I would recommend a lower floor. We are 45 yrs old and climbing those stairs lol was intense.

The condo was great. Close to the beach but not in the hectic in and out of the beach area. The marsh was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed.

This is a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. It is a calming place. The unit is well stocked. You do have to climb stairs but we felt it was worth it to be on the 3rd floor looking out on the marsh land. Directions to the complex were very clear. We would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Host was very responsive but the unit was bare bones. A few pods of coffee, only fake creamer nothing in pantry but a very few basic things. The biggest disappointment was no table to sit at. The host was quick to bring kitchen towels and Kleenex but wish I didn’t have to ask. The little conveniences make a big difference

The condo was nice. The views were spectacular. Easy to drive to Folly or into Charleston.

This place was great! Amazing views just like the review said. Chairs, beach mat and boogie board all in the closet. The only thing is that there are no beach towels- only shower towels if that matters to you. Everything was great and perfectly set between Charleston and folly beach. I’m a 22 year old female who came with my friends and this place was perfect! Would absolutely recommend.

The condo was as advertised and perfectly suited for our needs. The location was percent, about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 3 minutes to Folly Beach. Serene views from the balcony. Easy check in, great hosts that were very communicative. Would definitely stay there again!

Great view and location

The marsh view was incredible. The place was very comfortable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, but they were manageable. We will stay here again

Great property, clean and close to downtown Folly Beach.

Nice little condo on the 3rd floor of a quiet complex. One mile to downtown Folly Beach and the ocean.Property was clean, however, carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. Paint on baseboards and living room wall needs touch—ups, ice machine did not work. Property manager provided good info on restaurant nearby and location of grocery stores, etc.which we found helpful.

This condo is in a great location, close to downtown Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston. The condo is good size, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with everything that's needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay, very convenient to Folly Beach and easy to get to Charleston. Great balcony to sit out on and watch the marsh birds- bring binoculars! Jennifer was a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely a place to return for another visit.
