Nice and safe very convenient nice view Ocean view 2 minutes walk to beach, great to have kitchen have everything can cook anytime if get tired of food from restaurants I could cook any food for family. Just 10 minutes to Kona Town. Very convenient for family two bedrooms, two bathrooms king side bed, and Cal king bed condo townhome , keep in mind of room number. We would love to come back and stay same unit again perfectly. Have all stuff for beach and snorkeling. Well kitchen. We were stayed 4 nights. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Dawneeta and Blair went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Our son broke his ankle the night before we left, they got crutches for us, so they would be there for him on arrival. The condo was very comfortable for me as an Ironman competitor. My kids loved the location with the beach across the road. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kate C.

Excellent property. Beds were extremely comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was great for making meals. Living space was wonderful for relaxing. Loved the view from the lanai. Prompt communication with host when we had a slight problem accessing the unit. Air conditioning was fabulous!

Wonderful location. Very quiet and comfortable, lots of bird sounds, no traffic noise. Walk to Magic Sands beach.

The condo was well equipped with a washer and dryer, a nice lanai, necessary beach supplies; chairs, cooler, towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts at the facility. We enjoyed a great snorkel beach apx. 1 1/2 miles south. Enjoyed an ATV ride with aloha adventures close by. We also enjoyed shaka tacos a little to the north in a nice shopping area. The owners were very pleasant and responsive.

We stayed four nights in this condo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property has safe parking space, quiet garden, a spacious balcony, and beautiful views of both the ocean and the mountains.It is conveniently located near several excellent snorkeling beaches, which made it perfect for our trip. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoyed watching the calm ocean—it was incredibly peaceful.The manager is so friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

This unit at White Sands Village is the nicest we have stayed in on this property. It is well maintained, everything works, towels and linens are fresh. We love the keyless entry door, so much easier than a lock box. Thanks to our hosts Dawneeta and Blair, always responded to questions quickly. Mahalo!

The condo was excellent for our family of 4. The pool was a great addition, a short walk away. Excellent place to meet our extended family members staying in other suites of the condo. The 3 bbq grills were available for cooking meals together while the kids swam. The condo had many options for snorkels, umbrellas, beach towels and boogie boards available. The hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for family and friends

Everything about our stay was excellent. The place was perfect for my husband and I to share with my son and his girlfriend. The music from the birds singing at sunset was magical. All instructions were clear. We would love to stay again.

The communication with the host was outstanding. The condo was clean and well stocked , with clean sheets , blankets & pillows . The pool was relaxing and the pickle ball court was amazing. The condo has everything you need for the beach . Will be going back again real soon . I highly recommend this place .

This condo was more than expected. You fall in love with the comfort of this well taken care of and appointed condo the second you walk in. The location and area are perfect to walk across to the beautiful Magic Sand beach, you forget yo bring something down to the beach, no problem it’s a 1 minute walk back to the condo. The building is well built and very soundproof, we never heard anything from all sides, top to bottom. The owners were great to deal with and quick to respond. We will put this on our favourite list and come back for sure.

Great communication with this host. Very easy check-in process with a keyless entry - this was good for us as we arrived at 10 at night. Super location within an easy walk to the Magic Sands Beach and just a little south of downtown Kona which is nice to get away from the crowds. The lanai faces a pretty area of vegetation with lots of birds and a you can see a small sliver of ocean, which was a bonus as we weren't expecting any ocean view. Lots of beach gear on the lanai, thick beach towels in the condo, even some sunscreen available. They have ice bricks in the freezer and a water filter pitcher in the fridge. Everything was spotless and clean and in excellent condition. The beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and a brand new washer & dryer. This property is very well cared for and loved - and it shows. We appreciated all the little touches and extras - of the 7 properties we stayed at during our trip, this one was our favorite. :-) I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

This property was amazing. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. Right across the street from the beach. Close to shopping and great snorkeling. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate. It was filled with all the necessities needed for a great vacation. There were beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and so much more. Although they have beach shoes in assorted sizes, it’s wise to bring your own. The condo is quiet and has air conditioning and ceiling fans if you need them. It is situated across the street from a great beach. It’s close to everything but far enough away so not overwhelmed with tourists! With two king size beds and two bathrooms, it is a perfect unit for two couples or a family with children. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with owners was excellent.

Perfect spring break getaway with the teen kids. The best beach just a five minute walk away and we took advantage of the many beach necessities. Kids were able to do a digital detox and had plenty of games for the whole family. No complaints!

The property was clean and spacious and exactly as described and shown in pictures. The condo came equiped with the extras that were very helpful: beach chairs, snorkel gear, and sunbrella's. What was not listed was the surprising symphony of birds off of the balcony that played twice a day. It was magical! Also, the owners helped me find the place after having flight delays and getting to the complex after dark. The condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. It was fully stocked for everything we needed…Lots of beach gear, stocked kitchen and fridge for cooking and a large lanai with a beautiful view. We had an issue with the screen door and Dawneeta was available right away to troubleshoot.

What a great place to stay while vacationing along the Kona coast! Perfect for a family or one or two couples. My wife, adult daughter, and I enjoyed every minute of our four-day visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is spacious, in great condition, and equipped with endless amenities. The owners’ detailed description of the condo is entirely accurate, and they responded quickly and helpfully to all our questions. This is a very comfortable unit with plenty of room for 4 people. The unit is a little worn in places and the linens are a little skimpy. The beds are a little firm if that is an issue for you. The owner is very pleasant and responsive.

This condo is perfectly located within the White Sands Village just a few hundred feet from Magic Sands Beach. The owners have taken great care of this property which made for an amazing family experience on the Big Island. More than enough amenities are here for you to enjoy - Bring your swim wear, grab your rental car and groceries and you’re all set with everything you need. Will stay here each and every time we return, if possible! Can’t recommend enough!

Across the street from awesome beach! Condo had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, everything for a day of fun. Fully equipped kitchen, tons of spices & condiments. TV’s in living room & bedrooms. Location was great for restaurants & grocery stores. Luxury linens & comfy mattresses! Loved it, wonderful hosts!

We spent 7 nights at this nice condo and loved every minute of it. The condo is on the back side but you do have spectacular views of the ocean from the very large lanai and also gorgeous mountains from the entry into the condo. Lush trees and foliage with chirping birds and beautiful flowers. Each bedroom had king size beds with very comfortable mattresses. This was important to us as we were two adult couples traveling together. The condo is just a three minute walk from the Magic Sands Beach which was great. The condo was fully stocked with all types of beach gear, which included chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, ice chest and much more. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. However we did not cook at all. We are out for every meal. Hawai’i has some great restaurants and we just had to try as many as possible. Lava Java was our favorite for breakfast. Mauna Kea Luau was also great way to end our trip. Lots of things to do and see on the island. Dawneeta was great. She reached out to me before we arrived to make sure we had all of the info needed. I must have deleted the email VRBO sent with instructions but she was so gracious to resend it. She was always very responsive to any questions we had. She was great.
