This inviting condo, nestled in a small and quiet building, offers a spacious open floor plan and a screened private balcony overlooking serene mangroves. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Those looking to lounge by the water can take advantage of the onsite heatedpool or load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.

The living room features a plush sofa and smart TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining table seats four and the breakfast bar offers additional seating for three. The primary bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring coastal-inspired décor, a king-size bed, smart TV, and a dedicated desk with office chair—perfect for remote work. It also includes a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, offering a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and its own smart TV. There is an in-unit washer and dryer in the closet for guest convenience. Step outside to the balcony, where you can enjoy peaceful mangrove views. Guests will also appreciate rare and convenient parking with space for up to three vehicles—two in the garage and one outside.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 2 (2 flights of stairs required)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted

Ring Doorbell Notice:
Ring doorbell on the exterior of the front door. It does record video and sound. We use this to maintain operations remotely (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
