PEACEFUL and UPDATED 2BR/2BA Beach Getaway

Place was awesome, close to the beach and had everything we needed.

The location was great. The facilities met our expectations but was a bit more work getting things to the third floor. Over all it was good. Enjoyed the area, golf and beaches.

Elizabeth was a great host. Very detailed and responsive. Condo was quiet and clean. Location worked great for biking.

This spot is well-located near lots of restaurants and things to do, but is also quiet and relatively private. Parking is easy, and you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The space was clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that it’s on the third floor, so we had to carry our stuff up all those stairs.

Perfect…. Just perfect. Gorgeous condo with everything you could possibly need, great location close to everything but still quiet. My time went by too fast. Host was terrific. I will be back

We had an excellent stay! Our host, Elizabeth was so welcoming. Her communication both before and during the trip was helpful. The binder with suggestions for restaurants and activities was instrumental since it was our first time on Amelia Island. The Salty Pelican did not disappoint!In addition, the condo is inviting, cozy and bright. When future travel points to Amelia Island, we will stay here.

All we can say is if you get a chance to stay here you should. The condo is amazing and the host is always available. Beautifully appointed, spotless, and everything you might need is there.

My best friend and I had a girl’s getaway to celebrate her birthday and spend time together. The condo was so comfortable and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the back patio and the kitchen had everything plus a Brita! Although the weather was rainy for several days, we made the best of the time and got many walks in. Sweet neighborhood walks behind the complex and 10 minutes to the beach. We saw several deer one morning & enjoyed the bird song as well.Elizabeth was so thoughtful and has truly thought of everything in this lovely condo. Can’t wait to come back for a visit again!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, the beautiful condo, and the short walk to the beach along the covered path. Check-in was easy and everything we could need was provided. The location of the condo was so convenient to Centre Street, Fort Clinch (beautiful park with Spanish moss covered trees lining the road to the beach), and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to walk to Slider’s to listen to the live music. It was the perfect place for our vacation with our adult daughters. We’ll be back!!

The condo was just what we needed! Clean, short walk to the beach, and a short drive to the downtown. Will most likely be rebooking this stay. Loved that the host offers beach chairs, towels, toys, and even a backpack cooler! Definitely recommend bringing a wagon of some sort to make your beach walk even easier!

This was the perfect space for a quick trip to the area. Close to the beach and many attactions/food, etc. The closet full of beach supplies was a plus. Great host!

This charming condo has everything you will need for your stay and is in close proximity to the beach. The downtown area is a shopper's dream with lots of cute boutiques, ice cream shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous time! Thanks Elizabeth!!!

We came to the area for my nephew's wedding. The condo location was close to the beach as well as all of the wedding festivities. I liked that we were right next to the pool and courts. The surrounding neighborhood was great for morning walks. I enjoyed the screened in patio while reading my book during the afternoon storm showers. Elizabeth was easy to reach and communicate with and overall we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our first family vacation in Amelia island with our one year old daughter. Elizabeth made accommodations that were perfect for our stay by providing a Pack’n’Play and a mattress to fit it! The amenities were super helpful. Having a washer and dryer ended up being a lifesaver a few times as we under-packed a bit. I highly recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back!

Elizabeth was great!! Super communicative and thoughtful! The condo is adorable! Very clean, an easy walk to the beach, clean pool, safe and charming area! The only things that aren't offered are shampoo/conditioner and body soap so bring those items. Other than that, the condo has everything you need! Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is well maintained and in a very quite neighborhood. The screened in porch has great seating for relaxing in the evenings. The owner Elizabeth is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

We absolutely loved this property. Close enough to everything we need and enjoy. But when you are on that screened on porch among the trees you could be a million miles away miles from

Lovely neighborhood setting close to beach & amenities. Your bike could get you almost everywhere you’d want or need to go. Unit is comfortably furnished and stocked with all necessary items. Spaces were well lit and inviting. Anything that might’ve been remotely inconvenient for some was advertised as such. We appreciated not having to buy add’l paper products or trash bags during our stay.

The unit is very charming and immaculate. Elizabeth gives very clear instructions. She is kind and makes you feel welcome.

We had a relaxing visit, love the area. Such a cute beach decor. Hope to return someday!

It was just one girlfriend and I, catching up and we had the most amazing time! Elizabeth was more than accommodating. She had the lights on for us when we got there and even a welcome sign, personally welcoming us! So sweet! Because it was the off season, she even reached out and extended the invitation for a late checkout because no one was booked after us. (Don't expect that in the peak of the summer though...I'm sure she will be slammed!) Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Elizabeth!

We had a great stay in this condo! Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went very smoothly. Comfortable and cozy space for us and our toddler with everything we needed (except we couldn't find a drain stopper for the bath but that might be on us!) Good location - was lovely to be able to walk right to the Greenway. We saw quite a few ants in the bathroom but I think that's inevitable in Florida! Overall would definitely recommend.

The condo was in a good location - near beach (walkable) and short drive to downtown. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need and then some extras. Comfortable, clean and easy parking.
