PEACEFUL 6th FL END UNIT ON THE INTRACOASTAL W/GULF VIEWS at BAY SHORES

Gretchen is an amazing host! She is very communicative and friendly. The condo is wonderful-very clean, great location, great view, and so many beach supplies!

We LOVED the balcony- so peaceful watching all the birds, dolphins, and occasional manatee. We spent many hours out on the balcony. The beach was a short walk across the street. The wi-fi was a little spotty at times, but there were four of us on our devices at the same time. No biggie.

First thing to know is the property manager is top tier. Outstanding communication and very proactive. Unit is clean, modern and well furnished. Location is super convenient, beach right across the street. Relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins swimming in the intracoastal or walking across the street to watch the sunset over the gulf was a regular evening routine. Comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. Will definitely be back. Would highly recommend anyone stay here.

The home was so clean and well decorated. Loved the very comfy king beds and 2 bathrooms! Really a quick walk to the beach with lots of beach chairs, wagon, cooler and plenty of beach towels! Lots of kitchenware! The balcony is a beautiful view of the intercoastal and we saw manatees and dolphins! Gretchen was the best host ever! She made sure all was well with us! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. (3 ladies in their 60’s).

My wife and I are repeat guests for a reason. We look forward each year to spending our spring break at this Bay Shore unit. Communication with owner is tops. Roomy, comfortable feel. Everything is as good as advertised. We hardly get in the car once there, the beach is across the street, and restaurants are within walking distance. No better way to start the day than watching the sunrise over the intercoastal, ending with a sunset walk just across the street on the beautiful beach. Already booked for next year!

I loved being able to see the gulf from the front of the condo and the waterway from the deck. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. It was wonderful having two king sized beds since we were two couples staying at the condo. Having a pool was a plus. Everyone we met was so friendly.

Gretchen was a perfect hostess. Condo had great view of inter costal way. Condo well equiped.Pool heated as was whirpool. Convenient to beach.

Great area. Been coming to Indian Shores area for a long time. Close to everything with beach and the intercoastal. Stayed in several places. This was one of the best.

It was everything it said , wonderful place to stay . Good views of ocean and right on the intercostal. Very clean and beautiful decor.It made our two weeks a lot of fun

My wife and I loved the walks on the beach. The bay view from our balcony was great for viewing boats.

The property was very cute. It had just had an update, and I loved the view from the balcony, Gretchen was great, It was like staying in a beach apartment. The beach was right across the street and Gretchen had all you needed in the closet including a wagon to take everything over to the beach, The building was very quiet. The communication was great with Gretchen. I would stay here again. You won't go wrong with this rental,

Beach was very close, pool nice and clean and unit was VERY clean and spacious!

My family and I have stayed at this establish 1-2 times a year for over 33 years. We love the location and setup. The host is wonderful as she checks in often and is a delight to work with. The second room was upgraded to a king this year which was a very nice upgrade.

We all loved our stay at this location, the views were just as seen in the pictures. The home was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean that I can't say enough as we were very pleased with everything. I called Grechen only one time and she was spot on to sort it out. Looking forward to coming back again and hope this unit is available for us. Thanks Grechen
