Stayed Dec 31, 1969No hot water during 2/3 of our staying time. The host did nothing on it.

Stayed May 22, 2022After a busy week exploring the Big Island all we needed was to chill. Casa de Emdeko was perfect for that. The saltwater pool and private beach were just what we needed. The unit was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

Stayed Nov 17, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The saltwater pool and outdoor spaces were spectacular. Good views of the ocean and sunset, including bowing the pū (Hawaiian conch shell) at sunset. The unit provided a great home base to explore Kona and the island. There were some areas of the unit that needed repair/maintenance, but they didn't severely impact our trip. The host was highly responsive and helpful
