Stayed Oct 3, 2025Overall the place was beautiful and views were. We enjoyed all the pools. I will say the big pool was extremely cold. Hopefully that problem is fixed on our next visit. Definitely would stay here again. Location is very convenient also.

Stayed May 15, 2025We were very pleased with this VRBO for several reasons. First, the condo was beautiful, in great condition, had several amenities, and a great view. The pool, warm pool, and hot tub were perfect and greatly enjoyable. Secondly, the location was great as it was close to so many restaurants, a grocery store less than 2 mins away, and within range of several top beaches (for swimming and shell hunting!). Third, the checkin process and communication with the host was very easy and helpful. Our family had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this property!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The property was not as described and despite the company begging for a five star experience it was far from that. To start, plan to bring EVERYTHING you need. They do not even provide salt and pepper or ice. The ice box is completely empty so you have to go down and buy ice and everything other guests may have left behind is cleaned out. Even the coffee filters for the coffee maker are not provided. The hot tub was freezing half of the time and the pool was so cold all the children used the semi warm hot tub as a pool. Even after bringing this up to management nothing was done about the temperature of the hot tub.There is not a private beach as described. There is a section of a public beach packed with people and the unit has one chair for the beach so be prepared to sit on a towel on a packed beach that is a ten minute walk away.The coffee shop did not open at the posted hours and was never predictable when it would open. The unit was poorly supplied if you are going to cook. I had to buy a knife that actually cut food. If we got back to Destin (which we really did like) we would not stay here.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We loved this place! The pictures were accurate but don't do it justice. We liked the lagoon and the restaurant too. We actually enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we went back again the following year. Highly recommended!
