I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had all the amenities of our own home and it was located close to the business district - anything you wanted or needed just a few short miles away!! The house is perfectly located!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024I liked the location. Close to our boat. The patio could have been cleaner. I swept it off the first morning, but other than that, the place was very nice.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024My husband and I got away for a week and chose to stay at Parkview Bay as we have stayed here before with great access to the state park for host launch, and by land to anything you want & anywhere you want to go. This unit has a dock available & the property manager did warn us about the broken lift; however, as an FYI if the broken lift is still there I’d recommend searching for another slip, which is what we did. The lift is shallow, bunks are free floating on one end and waves can get pretty rough in that cove! Easy to scratch the crap out of your boat (or worse) if you’re not careful! I would have liked to have seen the deck area a bit cleaner & all the blinds fixed but overall a great stay and much needed week away!
