This NEWLY RENOVATED walk-in waterfront condo has NO STAIRS from the parking lot to the unit, and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new flooring, updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and overlooks the lakeside pool.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features an open concept design, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Enjoy meals at the large breakfast bar with four barstools, or head outside on the balcony and enjoy the view at the patio table.

Living Room
The living room features a gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the peanut shaped pool, million-dollar views of the lake, and offering an amazing view of the Grand Glaize Bridge. The living room has one sleeper sofa, two leather recliners and an armchair with ottoman.

Master Suite
You can’t beat the The Master Suite! The Master features a king-sized bed, large closet, dresser, and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair.

This condominium complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the 1MM of the Gland Glaize Arm. Located close to the Osage Beach Outlets, Dirty Duck Boat Rentals, Pappos Pizza, Wobble Boots, Tire Biters, and more! You can also watch the Formula boats from this condo!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host truly thought of all essentials - from hair products and extra flossers to the to-go cups, plastic ware, and a full set of quality pots and pans for cooking. The plush bedding made for a super cozy night's sleep, and the coffee bar was such a nice touch to start the day. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

    The condo has recently been updated. It’s so cozy! The view is amazing, main channel. Parkside Place is easy to get to and close to all conveniences. The whole process was very easy.

    Original property was nice but SHORES vac did not info us that pool was unavailable. We discovered this after unpacking. When pointing that out to tgem they said use the other pool..there was NO other pool. Shores had us pack up and move to a different location which was definitely a down grade $300 less at Regatta Bay The porch was supported by pipes places on blocks of wood(building codes?)needed to be updated . When we asked for a refund of the difference in fee of $300 they refused! DO NOT deal with this property mgr co SHORES vacation rentals. They are not familiar with their properties and unwilling to provide a refund when you are legitimately due one.
