- PHP 50 for the first 3 hours

Park McKinley West Parking (Uncovered):

- PHP 50 for the first 3 hours
- PHP 15 per additional hour
- Overnight parking: PHP 150 plus hourly rate

Quiet Time:
Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings, to respect our neighbors. This is a non-smoking unit, vaping and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible, depending on availability. Please inquire in advance.

Cleaning Fee:
A one-time cleaning fee is included in your booking, ensuring that the apartment is spotless upon your arrival.

Building Access:
The building has 24/7 security, and you will need to present a government-issued ID at check-in for verification.

Wi-Fi:
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. The network details will be provided upon your arrival.

Pets:
No pets are allowed.
