BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Minimal or no supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen was sparse. Furniture needs update, arm chair and sofa arms fabric torn and dirty. Upon first entry noticed floor had not been swept/cleaned. Also saw a big cockroach run across the floor on 2nd day. Did like the location and overall stay with attractions nearby.

    The unit itself was not bad. The lack of amenities was a little surprising. They only provided 1 roll of tp; no facial tissues; no dish cloth or dish towel; only one hand towel in bathroom; no shampoo; NO coffee filters for the coffee pot. Poor instructions on operating the door lock keypad, problems with wifi sign in. We've stayed in VERBO properties before with loads of amenities, so this was more than annoying!

    This is our second year staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay and didn't have any issues. It's clean, quiet, and affordable. Perfect for our family vacation and close to the beach and great restaurants. We have several family members who also come and stay at Paradise Isles during the same time.

    The location was convenient to bars and restaurants in Gulf Shores and just across from public access to west beach. Each unit has its own balcony and the pool was well kept with nice landscaping and vending. The unit had everything that was needed. I could not get the satellite TV to function and I hung up my call to the office before leaving a message or speaking with anyone and figured that I'd call the next day. My phone rang just afterward and it was the BB office! Their maintenance person came right down and assisted me so I could watch that night's game. Great service! The unit was clean and stocked as promised in the BB advertisement for this unit. If you are a coffee drinker, know that you need the individual pods for the coffee maker. The place was a good value and the retired couple next to us come there each year for a week.

    We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and accommodations were nice and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Liked having a washer and dryer and two bedrooms in our unit. The proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk across the street. The pool was a bit cloudy on the second day. But maintenance was informed and they had someone right out to test the water and add chemicals. Overall nice stay and I’d book again.

    The location is great and management company was very responsive to issues that we had, but the actual unit is dated, furniture was quite uncomfortable and it could have been cleaner.

    This place should be $80 a night. It has warped floors, its old and extremely uncomfortable. The beds were horrible, the couch was horrible, the place sucked. The bathroom was old and nasty. The homeowners have milked this thing into the ground. Maybe sell and have someone put some money into it before you rent it out.

    Location is good but a little noisy at night w traffic. Ice maker in fridge broken as others as mentioned in reviews. Not sure why not repairs yet. bdrm blinds broken and had to use hands to open/close and furniture is worn out and not comfortable as were the beds. Floors were sweep but not mopped when we arrived. Cracks in walls and ceiling in a few places. Would look at other options if visiting again. Pool good and convenient beach access.
