Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay and facilities were great, but because I had an emergency at home we had to leave over a week, 9 days early. I asked the staff if I could receive a small refund, for the 9 days I was told NO. I could understand if I left 1 or 2 days but leaving 9 days early there should a 25% refund. I know they put the unit available to rent. Please consider making some type consideration for anyone leaving a 7 days or more early because an emergency.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience overall was good. A few things need to updated and improved. The main shower doesn’t have a bench or much room to put you items on the one shelf. Master bed looks wore out the bed frame was peeling and the furniture seemed large for the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and none in the master bedroom. Looking for more of a beach decor feel.

The decor was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The property was very well maintained and the staff friendly. Having the beach chairs included was a huge bonus. I brought my 2 teenage sons for Spring Break and we all had a great, relaxing vacation. Only complaint is the basketball goal is very old and broken down, but that is a property issue and does not reflect on the condo itself
