Falling Waters community is very well-maintained and beautiful. The condo itself was perfect. Everything needed for the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, w/d, lanai and the beach. Comfortable living area with great TV and fast internet. Relaxing location. Awesome pool area. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely return.

I have been staying at this resort each year for over 20 years. Its facilities, location, pool, clubhouse are first class. This particular condo was spotless having been recently redecorated and the best equipped of any I have ever rented. Everything was provided down to the smallest detail, kitchen, bedrooms, lanai. The owner was very helpful and made our stay a perfect vacation.

Lovely 2 bedroom 1st level condo in a gated adult community. Lots of things to do if you wish. Very active community if you wish. Beautiful large heated tropical pool used almost daily. Suitable for visiting families on holidays and spring break. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, hair and nail salons and short trip to Marco Island. Owner was very responsive to any issues. Would stay again.
