Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I rented this nice condo for 3 winter months in both 2009 and 2010 . The complex is primarily owner occupied and well maintained . People friendly . Once a week games plus a cook-out and a golf group . 3 t.v's with cable plus wirless internet connection . . Quiet and yet near everything you need . Heated pool . Upscale neighborhoods / complexes . 3 miles to Gulf and a state park reasonably priced . The setting is lovely, overlooking a well-maintained lake and grounds. The condo has all accomodations you will need for enjoying the beach and your stay here. The owners are cooperative and helpfull . R. G. , Conway , S.C.
