We really enjoyed our time here. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The location was great and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee, and of course, the beach. I really liked the laid back vibe of the area. Very friendly.

Kitchen was nicely furnished. Owner Lisa was great.

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The pool is right near the condo and the beach is just over the walkway. It was easy to get to and access with plenty of privacy. I recommend staying here is your visit St. Augustine and A1a.

Ee came for Nights of lights. Great host! Very responsive we had a small hiccup it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Location was absolutely wonderful great beach access. Condo bathrooms were clean. Beds are comfortable.(master is a little high for short people). Great trip away.

The property is well stocked with all things needed. Very clean. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends. Only suggestion is to move check out to noon. FYSA: toilet in the master bedroom had intermittent running. May want to check the flapper. There was a part of the blind lying on the stool in the bedroom. Photo below. It was left as found. Kitchen faucet has to be maneuvered to ensure it does not drip.

This property was absolutely perfect for a beach get away. All the amenities you need are provided. Pool access was also nice when you dont want to get sandy! The rooms were clean and the furniture cozy. Close to downtown Historical district of St. Augustine and many other attractions. Nothing like a drive down A1A!! I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic property that has everything you need for a beach getaway. This is the fourth time we've stayed in Bert and Lisa's place and have loved it every time. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home with all the perfect details to make your stay enjoyable. We've already booked again for next summer and can't wait to get back. We think of it as our home away from while in St. Augustine.

This was an amazing place to stay! The condo was beautiful, clean and so close to the beach and pool. Owners were great at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We love the beach didn’t feel too populated, but then we could go to town to enjoy the crowds if you wanted.

What an incredible location in St. Augustine! We absolutely loved staying in the first-floor condo. It was so convenient with easy access to both the beach and the pool. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and it was the perfect home base for exploring the area.During our stay, we visited the Alligator Farm, took a ghost tour at the lighthouse, enjoyed a dolphin boat tour, and spent time wandering the historic downtown. We had such a wonderful time!The condo was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and relax when we needed a break. We highly recommend it and would be thrilled to stay here again on our next visit!

The condo was perfect for our four day stay in St. Aug to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Flagler College! Lisa was an incredible host, very responsive and accommodating, The unit had everything we needed and we loved the location, the grounds, the pool, and easy beach access!

Wonderful location at St Augustine Beach. Condo was right on the beach and strip. All of the full time residents were so friendly. Loved the fact that we had 2 entrances. One from the parking area and one to our own lanai. Rooms were a little small but big enough. Overall we already have plans to stay again. The owners were easy to message and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay and close to the beach as well as the Historic District. Very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinners on the back porch. Loved the pool.

Location and home is outstanding

Very satisfied with our 1month stay. Great location on beach and close to downtown St Augustine.Coming back for 2 months next year. Not going back to Gulf coast again ! We were on Gulf coast for 14 years. Much happier!

We were in town for the Willie Nelson concert/Tropicon book convention and to have our yearly friends catch -up weekend….In spite of the chilly weather, we enjoyed the lovely amphitheater and the Alligator Farm…This condo was very convenient to the beach and many restaurants…The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed…Very clean bottom floor condo with only a few steps to enter from parking lot…Large selection of books/magazines/games…Good communication with hosts prior to arrival….Quiet and only steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean…Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great

My husband and I, and his mother, stayed. Steps away from a very nice pool and a few more steps and you were on the gorgeous beach. The unit was roomy and comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. Great restaurants close by. All instructions were timely and accurate. We had a great time. Have already recommended to family.

This was a short stay for our family, but it was exactly what we needed.

This was our second year staying at the condo and it's absolutely amazing! You can walk to the pool and then extremeley easy access to the beach!

The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We had a wonderful stay it was beautiful inside the grounds and pool were beautiful and so was the beach and ocean. Had everything we could need there.
