The property was beautiful. The room was very spacious, well decorated and in an amazing location. The indoor pool was nice and clean, along with the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again. The price was nice too.

We loved our stay with Kirkland’s Smoky Mountain Cabin in Pigeon Forge. The location was really nice, overlooking the Parkway. It’s close to everything. Our condo was clean, neat and had everything we needed for rest and relaxation! Our host sent emails with everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this place!

You cannot beat the location! Our condo was very roomy and comfortable. Convenient entry to the unit from the parking lot. Outdoor pool was not open and we were not aware. Indoor pool was. Hot tub was nice!

The condo was only up one short flight of stairs. The condo was just a very short drive from the parkway, but sill very quiet. They made the process of checking in and out very easy

Need walk in shower for older adults

Clean room, clean linen, nice patio and easy walk up the stairs from parking to the room. Located right by the indoor pool. Full kitchen was nice. Quick walk to gas station and a few shops including a Pizza restaurant. Overall very happy. Only negative was the indoor pool water was super cold. I couldn't make myself get it. But hot tub was perfect.

Great host and the condo was perfectly clean and welcoming. We’ve stayed at other condos here but if you want the best view in the whole complex this is a great place. For a long weekend or a week it’s great! Easy to access and all the furnishings were beautiful! If you are looking for a 5 star condo, close to everything and a fully equipped condo, this is it!

The room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice because we were close to everything we were wanting to do. Gatlinburg was close and thw traffic was low which is a big plus. There were many good places to eat in the area or just minutes away. i would recommend this stay for anyone.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing vacation at this condo in the heart of Pigeon Forge. We had wonderful views of Great Smoky Mountains Pkwy and the surrounding hills. Beautifully decorated and spacious; you’re sure to enjoy your evenings after spending the day exploring and playing. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay to get to restaurants and all other places in Pigeon Forge. The area was quiet at bedtime too. We never had to wait on the elevator. It was very clean and I would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The pools and lazy river were great to relax around. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood each night from the balcony. Nice view and close to everything we wanted to do during our stay.

The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite areas were the spacious balcony and the jacuzzi tub. Thank you for a fantastic place to stay!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a great view of pigeon forge. Excellent location. The only downside was that the hot tub and both pools were closed during our stay.

The rental was spacious for my husband and I and our two sons. It was also clean and very convenient to all nearby attractions.

Highly recommended. Bed are so comfortable, everything was perfect. Hoping its available everytime we return.

Was wonderful clean super easy to get in

If you are looking for a nice condo that is centrally located and easy to access from Pigeon Forge Parkway then this is your condo. The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We didn't get to enjoy the pretty balcony because of the weather, but I am sure in the nice weather you could really enjoy that space. The condo was also near the indoor pool which was nice, especially with the cold weather. The road going up to the complex was treated so even with the snow and ice we had on this trip, we didn't have any issues getting down to the Parkway. The owner was really easy to communicate with too which is always a plus.

Overall experience from the booking online to the checking out process was easy, accurate and pleasant…quick responses when needed… will definitely use this place again!

This property is ideally located for a trip to Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the Parkway and all attractions. With the grade of the property, the front door is only a few stairs up from the parking lot but offers great views of the city and lights. The condo was very clean and the host was very responsive. 10/10

Very clean large and great location.

We stayed there after a fee days at Dollywood. The location was very close to Dollywood. We also shopped for a few day, the condo was a little father from the outlets. But we took the backroads, so we never had to sit in traffic too long.

We enjoyed our stay! We were surprised to find a pool outside and a lazy river. We knew there was an indoor pool but the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was a little chilly. The condo was great. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi tub and the master shower tub didn't drain well and had hair and dirt collecting in the bttom. Other than that it was the perfect place.

The property was perfect for a quick family getaway for me, my sis and our husbands, and nice to have a place to come back and rest, plus weather perfect for sitting on large balcony.
