Overall, the house was great. Excellent size for our large group, close to the beach, clean, well stocked. Management was responsive when needed. My only (small) negative is the bedding was very uncomfortable- sheets felt like sandpaper and did not fit beds well. Still worth the 5 stars and I’d stay here again, my advice would just be to bring your own sheets!

We go to the beach every year and this property definitely tops all that we have experienced. The house is beautiful and conveniently located with easy beach access. The unit was stocked with all the essentials that we needed and the host was very east to communicate with and was quick to respond. Having the pool right out the back door was a definite plus. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Except for no internet and television for the first three days, the stay was very enjoyable.

We have a great vacation

We were so impressed with this lovely home. So much space, all modern amenities, location was great. If there’s anything we’d change, we’d like more bath towels and the pool seemed a little dirty. But that doesn’t take away from how awesome this rental home is. Don’t hesitate to stay here…we will definitely be back!

The house meet all our needs. The kids loved the pool and spent alot of our time there.

The home was just as described, had everything we needed, close to the beach and a pool in the backyard basically was the icing on the cake! Would definitely rent again!

The stay was amazing I will so come stay there again for sure. I ended up staying alone but I did not let that take away from the amazing trip

It was spacious and clean, very close to beach access, and we had the community pool to ourselves while we were there. Also really appreciate the fenced side yard with astroturf for the pups (no sand burrs to pull from paws).

I would ask the rental company to turn in the refrigerator 24 hours before the next rental as it took a day and half to cool down to an appropriate temperature. We cooked at the house for most meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. The rental company was easy to work with and made check in easy! Btw- it’s a pretty good distance to the beach so rent a golf cart.

This place is prime location. It will take you longer loading in the car than it would to actually drive to the beach. It is a bit down from all the restaurants and shopping spots but not too far. The house setup is amazing. Plenty of room that you are not bumping into everyone at every corner. It was very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be booking that place again.

Reviewer Comments: Great size home for 2 families, we love being off of 11th street and the kitchen had any type of cookware you could possibly need (you will need your own spices though). We loved the porches and since it rained a lot during our stay we spent more time in the house than we typically would on a vacation, we all had plenty of room and the home overall is beautiful, definitely one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The only downfall was the hot water heater was not up to par. The only negative for us was the hot water heater was not working correctly. Port A escapes came to fix it the first day, it worked for a day and then stopped working again, so lots of cold showers were taken.

The house was perfect: large, clean, beautiful, near the beach, and near the pool.

Everything about this property was perfect. The layout and design allowed us to have 6 young adults stay upstairs with more than enough sleeping options without using a fold-out couch plus have 2 full baths upstairs. They had their own apartment style living upstairs with a large balcony and outdoor stairs from there to the first floor- adjacent the pool. This gave my wife and I the downstairs and master suite to enjoy in peace. A well set up kitchen with a small mini kitchen (bar) upstairs, including an ice machine. Washer and dryer work great. Room for three cars and a golf cart. Decor was classy and high quality. Quality finishing on what looks to be no more than a couple year old property. Very modern and current. There was even a astro turf area for dogs to use out back, between the buildings. Pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Access is with a code.
